Overview

We are searching for a Program Manager to support the Space Lauch Delta 45 Program at Patrick Space Force Base, FL.

Responsibilities

  • Contractor Program Management. Through the TASSC III Contract Program Manager, they shall integrate and coordinate all activities essential to execute contract requirements, to ensure timeliness, completeness, and quality of contract deliverables, identification and resolution of issues, corrective action plans, scheduling and proper allocation of resources to minimize impacts of personnel turnover, issues with coverage, gaps in qualified personnel, requirements coverage and early identification of problems that may impact contractor performance.
  • Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS). CPARS is a web- based system used to document and evaluate contractor performance. The Contractor will receive a CPAR at least annually and upon contract completion.
  • Contract Documentation. The Contractor shall make all information and documentation generated in the performance of PWS requirements, or maintained, to include Government-furnished documents, by the Contractor in performance of PWS requirements, available in editable electronic format for Government review upon request for the duration of the contract. The contractor shall generate and maintain all such documentation in an electronic format. Contractor-generated format is acceptable, unless otherwise noted in the PWS.

  • The TASSC III Contract PM shall integrate and coordinate all activities needed to execute contract requirements to ensure timeliness, completeness and quality of contract deliverables, identification and resolution of issues, corrective action plans, scheduling and proper allocation of resources to minimize impacts of personnel turnover, issues with coverage, gaps in qualified personnel, requirements coverage and early identification of problems that may impact contractor performance.
  • In addition, maintain a current Microsoft Power BI Data Analysts Associate Certification to deploy and integrate Power BI in a O365 environment; understand basic DAX language to perform calculations; perform data transformations in the Power BI native Power Query Tool; create and analyze Power BI reports and dashboards including any reporting issues as well as advising analysts on data model best practices and integration; and provide system configuration control, troubleshoot automatic dashboard issues, prepare dashboards for monthly Program Management.
  • Reviews (PMRs), handle all requests for visualization requirements, maintain the integrity and standardization of the PMD financial models, manage all access requirements, new user requests, and permission privileges (read, write, etc.).

Qualifications

  • Contract Program/Financial Manager. Minimum 5 – 7 years of experience in base-level management; requires knowledge and access of Government systems to provide input, training, and oversight of TASSC III Contractor. Experience in program financial analysis requires knowledge and management of accounting/financial systems (i.e., Wide Area Workflow, Comptroller Financial Information System, Government Approved Accounting System), accounting principles with the ability to analyze financial transactions and reconcile discrepancies, recommend improvements, substantiate financial transactions and maintaining accounting controls. 
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Active DoD Security Clearance
