Overview

B3H Corporation is seeking a proactive and experienced Corporate Recruiter to lead and support full-cycle recruiting efforts across a broad range of Department of Defense (DoD) and corporate roles. This role is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and securing top talent to meet current and future staffing needs. The Corporate Recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers, proposal teams, and senior leadership to develop recruitment strategies aligned with organizational objectives and workforce planning.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to understand organizational goals, staffing requirements, and role-specific needs.
  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating, selecting, and supporting onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop accurate job postings and compelling recruitment messaging.
  • Proactively source candidates through job boards, ATS mining, LinkedIn, social media, professional networks, and industry associations.
  • Support proposal/bid efforts by sourcing and pre-screening candidates for contingent staffing requirements.
  • Review and interpret contract Performance Work Statements (PWS) to ensure compliance with hiring requirements.
  • Conduct candidate pre-screens and provide candidate summaries to hiring managers.
  • Coordinate interviews, ensuring a professional and efficient candidate experience.
  • Manage candidate activity and records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) (iCIMS or similar).
  • Provide weekly reporting on requisition status, pipeline health, and recruiting metrics.
  • Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws, DoD requirements, and internal policies.
  • Maintain strong candidate relationships through timely follow-up and communication.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including DoD/corporate recruiting.
  • Demonstrated ability to source and close candidates in technical, cleared, and professional disciplines.
  • Strong knowledge of DoD recruiting fields and organizational structures.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); iCIMS strongly preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and online recruiting tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently or collaboratively.
  • Solid understanding of federal and state employment practices and compliance requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven success partnering with executive-level leadership in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience supporting recruitment in proposal and contract capture environments.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for recruiting events or business needs.
