Overview

B3H Corporation is seeking a Wing Readiness Manager to support units of the 432d Wing located at Creech AFB, NV. The 432 WG is a remotely piloted aircraft (RPA) wing, providing all operations, logistics, and support aspects of MQ-1 Predator, MQ-9 Reaper, and RQ-170 RPA training and employment. The operational and maintenance squadrons focus on Predator and Reaper operations. RPAs are currently being flown by pilots and sensor operators based in the Continental United States (CONUS) to provide support to contingency operations worldwide, as well as providing MQ-1/-9 and RQ-170 training.

Responsibilities

  • The Contractor shall prepare and process 432 WG staff members for deployments/re- deployments to/from combat zones, exercises, and other locations based on US Government, DOD, AF, COCOM, and any other applicable guidance.
  • Coordinate and schedule required pre-departure training with 432 WG staff deploying personnel, their supervisor, and DOS. The contractor will need access to the “Automated Civil Engineering System” (ACES) and the “Security Forces Management Information System” (SFMIS) for scheduling pre-deployment training.
  • Build and maintain individual mobility folders for all deployable wing staff members. This number is dependent upon unit size but is within the scope of AFI 10-
    403 responsibilities.
  • Procure deployment equipment specified by organizations or guidance from organizations through outsourcing Government Contractors, maintain this equipment, and distribute individual equipment for deploying personnel utilizing current host base and AFI guidance.
  • Prepare and submit a list of deployment item requirements for purchase to wing leadership.
  • Manage deployment reporting in the Deliberate and Crisis Action Planning and Execution Segments (DCAPES) including Unit Type Code posturing and individual status updates.
  • Manage AF-IT and DRRS reporting tools for proper unit posturing
    (as desired/required).
  • Use LOGMOD and Excel to track pre-deployment/post-deployment mobility, logistics, security, ancillary training, medical, and dental requirements.
  • Provide weekly updates to squadron/group/wing leadership containing the duty status and location of deployed personnel to facilitate tracking of duty status and performance report/decoration accomplishment.
  • Maintain mobility folders/documentation IAW DoD Foreign Clearance Guide, AFI 10-244, AFI 10-403, AFI 33-332, AFI 37-132, associated CENTAF/ACC/Installation supplements, and locally-developed guidance.
  • Schedule and conduct Air Force Reporting Tool (ART) training with all newly assigned ART monitors and ART approvers.
  • Coordinate with ACC Functional Area Managers (FAM) to update DOC statements, Unit Type Codes, Mission Essential Task, Named Operations, Top Priority Plans, and Mission Essential Task List commensurate with 432 WG/CC and unit commander direction.

This list is not all encompasing and a full list of duties and resonsabilities will be provided upon selection.

Qualifications

Minimum of four (4) years of experience working as a group
(or higher) level UDM and experience interfacing with higher headquarters for readiness reporting and familiarity with all Air Force readiness reporting software (ie, ART, DRRS, AF-IT).
