B3H Corporation is seeking qualified personnel to augment flying squadrons in the areas of operational flight scheduling, training flight scheduling, training, standardization/evaluation, unit deployment management, mission planning, unit training management, unit security and information assurance, and unit programs coordination. Positions will support units of the 432d Wing located at Creech AFB, NV and Whiteman AFB, MO. The 432 WG is a remotely piloted aircraft (RPA) wing, providing all operations, logistics, and support aspects of MQ-1 Predator, MQ-9 Reaper, and RQ-170 RPA training and employment. The operational and maintenance squadrons focus on Predator and Reaper operations. RPAs are currently being flown by pilots and sensor operators based in the Continental United States (CONUS) to provide support to contingency operations worldwide, as well as providing MQ-1/-9 and RQ-170 training.

Compiles daily scheduling requirement summaries for unit review and briefing to squadron leadership (CC/DO/designated rep) and will complete required products (e.g. 0-71 Initial Airspace Request, NTTR Weekly CSE Airspace Build, etc).
Preforms daily updates of scheduling data as required to compensate for changing conditions and training completion rates.
Coordinates with OSS Plans & Exercises (OSOP) and/or OSS Airspace (OSOA), outside agencies, exercise participants and higher headquarters when required (example: RED FLAG, GREEN FLAG, Weapons School support, air show coordinators) for reporting and to facilitate exercise and special event schedule coordination.
Attends periodic special use airspace scheduling meetings for schedule coordination and deconfliction (e.g. NTTR PENCILS scheduling meeting, NTTR Range War scheduling meeting, NTTR Integration scheduling meeting, etc.). Note: Most scheduling meetings convene at Nellis AFB.
Reviews flow plans and ensure the schedule complies with airspace policies and rules, and will be ready to provide continuous updates. The Contractor will also serve as the 432 WG liaison for FAA COAs (Certificates of Agreement) & will provide the monthly COA report to the FAA as required.
Provides inputs to OSS Scheduling and will update the daily Supervisor of Flying (SOF) and Top 3 schedules.
Formally accepts or reclama all tasked exercises from ACC via CAFSIPT on SIPR.
Assist with the 432 WG Exercise Approval Process. The Contractor shall update and track unit involvement in exercises such as RED/GREEN FLAG and provide updates at weekly meetings. The Contractor will notify squadron about the availability and requirements of upcoming exercises. The Contractor will also update slide show presentations, schedule official meetings, records meeting minutes, and assist squadron exercise project officers with exercise planning.
Checks airspace availability/deconfliction issues for all approved exercises and schedule required airspace no later than 30 days prior to execution. MOAs (Military Operations Areas) will be reserved no later than 3 weeks prior to execution. The Contractor will also coordinate for GCS requirements, boresight, load-out, and other requirements with appropriate agencies (MXS, ACMS, etc.).
Minimum of seven (7) years of experience working in/with the military and two (2) years of experience working with PEX or similar proprietary scheduling program or five (5) years of experience working with Microsoft Excel and Access databases (programming highly desired) and either:
1) Two (2) years of experience working as a RPA Squadron Flight Scheduler
OR
2) Five (5) years of experience working as a DoD Flying Squadron Flight Scheduler.
