B3H is searching for a Courseware Development Manager to provide services covering instruction, course execution, and course development support to the 705 TRS for government- led maintenance and execution of the Air Force Forces (AFFOR) Intermediate Staff Course (AISC), Command and Control Warrior Advanced Course (C2WAC) Courseware Development and Execution, and assisting with Air Component Senior Warfighting Leader (ACSWL) Training. The Academic Courseware Development Manager will provide support at Hurlburt Field FL.

• Provide courseware development support at the 705 TRS, Hurlburt Field FL. Develop/create and maintain 13OX Initial Skills Training material with government direction and assistance, ensure academic programs comply with Air Force Regulations (AFR’s) and Air Force Instructions (AFI’s)..
• Track training development through an ACC system and work to gain approval of courseware. Work with a courseware database management system for tracking courseware updates and changes
• Perform courseware updates as well as syllabus updates (biannual Syllabus Review Board).
• Perform technical writing and educational specialist duties as required. Apply technical writing and editing skills to accurately communicate information relating to the C2 and Air and Space operational development and supporting equipment. 
• Work with Government PM to manage multiply courses. Assist in providing guidance in Instructional Systems Development (ISD) in accordance with AFH 36-2235 series directives for military, government civilian, and contractor instructors across distinct courses.
• Build, deliver and track end of course surveys

• Three years’ experience with Air Force training programs.
• Associates Degree from an accredited Institution
• Courseware management experience
• Courseware development experience
• Secret Clearance
