We are seeking a highly experienced expert to support the development of BACN E-11A long-range plans; modernization roadmaps; processing and tracking of draft and approved requirements. Position is located at Langley AFB, VA.

• Coordinates across multiple levels of command to gain consensus and support for high-risk emerging solutions for issues at leadership levels across ACC and externally.
• Develops Road maps, BBPs and other required staffing documents as well as position papers.
• Provides oral presentations and advocacy briefings.
• Maintains liaison with operations personnel on possible future employment scenarios and needs.

• Associate Degree
• Five (5) years’ direct experience in analyzing, developing, and evaluating directives, policies, and procedures associated with modernization and sustainment of Air Force Systems.
• Two (2) years’ experience as a Wing or higher-level staff (e.g., MAJCOM, HAF or equivalent) staff officer or equivalent position creating, preparing, conducting, delivering, oral/written decision briefs, reports, positions, draft messages, and other correspondence.
• Three (3) years’ experience in developing requirements documents. Additionally, have extensive operational experience with C2. Specifically, two (2) years’ experience developing tactics, techniques, and procedures for C2/TDL systems.
• SECRET clearance.
