We are Searching for a Tactical Data Link Development and Requirements Management analyst to Provide personnel to support program/project management and analytic support for TDL and tactical edge network requirements,  planning, and integration with air, space and terrestrial networks including the JALN, Joint Space Communications Layer (JSCL) and the GIG.  Position is located at Langley AFB, Hampton VA

• Provide technical, analytical, cost and life cycle expertise to support the integration and implementation of TDL systems across the USAF, other US Services, and partner nations.
• Assist in managing requirements development, validation, and prioritization through JCIDS processes to include: Capabilities Based Assessment (CBA), Solutions Analyses, Initial Capabilities Document (ICD), DOTMLPF Change Recommendation (DCR), Analysis of Alternatives (AoA), Capability Development Document (CDD), Capability Production Document (CPD) and JCTDs.

• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, management or other related technical or scientific discipline.
• Five (5) years’ experience in a combination of military operations, systems acquisition, requirements, and operational support activities.
• Five (5) years’ experience with C2 system program management (e.g., requirements, initiation, test and evaluation, system fielding, operations, logistics and maintenance) processes and procedures; multi-TDL Architecture and multi-TDL Network(s).
• Five (5) years’ project management experience.
• Five (5) years’ experience in a position requiring the ability to plan and organize C2 (e.g., Tactical Data Link
• Systems, Networks, and Gateways) requirements studies or projects.
• Three (3) years’ experience reviewing and drafting JCIDS requirements documents.
• Three (3) years’ higher headquarters (HHQ) (e.g., MAJCOM, Numbered Air Force (NAF), HAF or equivalent) staff experience.
• Secret Clearance
