We are searching for an Administrative Assistant to provide support to program management of administrative, financial, travel, staff training, and mobility & personnel management programs for ACC A3C.  This position is Located at Langley AFB, Hampton VA

  • Support Military, Government civilians and Contractors for daily administrative and personnel functions for the C2ISR Operations Division for approximately 80 personnel.
  • Track and review division military performance reports, promotion recommendation forms, military feedback forms, and military awards and decorations for approximately 26 military personnel.  Submit monthly tracking sheet to division leadership with current status of military performance reports, promotion recommendation forms, military feedback forms, and military awards and decorations.
  • Maintain, review and correct personnel records to include duty status, duty title changes, change of raters, and position number changes for approximately 26 military personnel, 23 civilians and 27 contractor personnel.
  • Provide assistance for management and oversight for the A3C Operations Division mobility program and staff ancillary training, ensuring A3C military personnel are deployment-ready when assigned to an Air and Space Expeditionary Force (AEF).
  • Maintain inventory, and submit requests for administrative office supplies and equipment for the A3C Operations Division.
  • In the absence of the division secretary perform information management and administrative support for the division chief and deputies;  maintain division chief and deputies’ office calendars; monitor organizational box; assign taskers to correct OPR; and receive telephone calls ascertaining the nature of the calls.


  • Knowledge Skills and Abilities (KSA).
  • Possess a minimum of 5 years information management experience in military and civilian personnel functions and records management to include MILPEDS, Records Information Management System (RIMS), AFRIMS, or equivalent systems.
  • Possess a minimum 3 years’ experience in military personnel mobility program management and ancillary training management.
  • Possess a minimum of 5 years’ experience reviewing Officer Performance Reports (OPR)/Enlisted Performance Reports (EPR)
  • Possess a minimum of 5 years’ experience using AF eforms, SharePoint, and
  • MS Office suite of applications.
  • Secret Clearance
