The BCC Operational Analyst will provide subject matter expertise and solutions to Headquarters Air Combat Command (ACC), Command, Control, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Division, Combat Integration Branch (A3CI) in support of Theater Air Control System (TACS) integration with Joint and Coalition partners. A3CI focus is Homeland Defense (Battle Control Center (BCC), Joint Air Defense Operations Center (JADOC) and National Capitol Region-Integrated Air Defense System (NCR-IADS), Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD), and combat airspace integration. Position is located at Langley AFB, VA.

Liaise between ACC, FAA, Homeland Security and National Capitol Region-Integrated Air Defense System.
Liaise with system program offices and other agencies on staff and other MAJCOMs to remain current on BCC weapon system capabilities, developments and initiatives, and advise division and branch leadership on program status.
Prepare, review and develop Combined, Joint, AF, Multi-Service doctrine and instruction/regulations. Draft A3C position on ACC and Air Staff Taskers to include Enabling Concepts, Functional Concepts, BCC CONOPs, C2 General Officer Steering Group (GOSG), Army Air Force Warfighter Talks (AAFWFT), Navy Air Force Warfighter Talks (NAFWFT) and Corona taskers.
Participate in internal and external working groups, conferences, and experimentation and development events providing BCC expertise. Provide Division leadership with Division and ACC BCC, JADOC and NCR-IADS position.
Lead Contractor to monitor, plan and execute BCC electronic unit self-inspection checklists
Liaise with other ACC divisions and other MAJCOMs for BCC, JADOC and NCR-IADS operational interests in order to improve synchronization and alignment of policy and doctrine in an efficient manner.
Review, develop and prepare BCC CONOPs, conceptual operational plans, BCC Roadmaps, and proper execution of BCC, JADOC and NCR-IADS process execution.
Advise and recommend options to manage and improve BCC processes, procedures, and doctrine.
Support requirement working groups, interface with program office to gain efficiencies, and effectiveness in developing and establishing BCC, JADOC and NCR-IADS equipment capabilities; and BCC training capability requirements. Support the development of Operational Concepts.
Participate in BCC related exercises, tests, experimentation, table top and staff level events contributing to the sustainment and modernization of the BCC, JADOC and NCR-IADS and associated infrastructure.
Provide BCC management expertise in the overall development, planning, establishment, and implementation of BCC training program.
Assist in education and development and provide inputs for establishment of BCC training program guidance.
Advise on pertinent issues in implementing BCC training program and assist in the management of BCC FTU IQT program.
Maintain and update the BCC Master Training Lists providing specific training guidance for BCC IQT, MQT, and CT training programs.
Support in developing, writing, editing, and publishing formal AF bi-annual guidance for training and evaluation of BCC weapons system (WS) personnel to include AFI 13-1 BCC Vol 1, BCC Training; AFI 13-1 BCC, Vol 2, BCC Standards and Evaluation; AFI 13-1 BCC, Vol 3, BCC Organization; and AFTTP 3-3.BCC– BCC Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures or most recent document
Advise and assist in the development of the BCC WS training programs
Advise and assist the annual Syllabus Review Conference to provide input and changes to FTU course syllabi
Review, coordinate and prepare BCC Standardization Evaluation (Stan Eval) Master Question File (MQF)
Support BCC Training, Standardization, and Evaluation programs by developing and maintaining BCC checklist, TTPs, Master Question File, and provide AFI and policy reviews.
Possess a Bachelor Degree, with a minimum of 10 years C2 operations experience (11, 12, 13B or previous 17XX Air Weapons Controller/Air Battle Manager AFSCs)
Possess a minimum of 5 years higher headquarters level staff to include program and funding actions; operations and capability development/review, (i.e. capability requirements documents, requirements working groups, task training lists, mission essential tasks, etc.) Preferably working BCC, JADOC and NCR-IADS support.
Possess a minimum of 5 years working knowledge and expertise in Homeland Defense, JADOC, and NCR-IADS and experience working warfighter capability requirements with NORAD, AFNORTH, ACC staff, and other MAJCOMs.
