Shall provide LRC Managers with experience operating computer equipment and proficient in MS Word and Excel. Additionally, the LRC Manager shall be able to identify computer and computer network systems failures, be proficient with applicable LMS within 30 days of hire. Position is contingent on contract award.
Required to create and manage student application accounts and provide assistance in the use of LRC equipment. The LRC Manager shall assist in the use of and accessing the Learning Management System (LMS), as required.
Manage student accounts / reset passwords
Provide assistance in the use of LRC equipment
Troubleshoot equipment failures
Assist in use of and accessing the Learning Management System (LMS)
Daily checks of LRC equipment and report status of LRC equipment (this includes classroom equipment)
Track status of equipment/hardware/software issuesPerform general cleaning of LRC equipment
