Overview

B3H Corporate headquarters are in Shalimar, Florida.   B3H will provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, other items and non-personal services necessary to perform the R&M and support of all E-2 / C-2 / Landing Signal Officer (LSO) Training Programs courseware and supporting systems.  Will revise, update, support, and maintain the curriculum to ensure currency of content via Government assignment of Change Requests (CR). Position title is Course Curriculum Specialist and is contingent on contract award.

 

Responsibilities

  • Review and evaluate weapon system changes in tactics, tactical publications, Naval Air Training and Operating Procedures Standardization (NATOPS) manuals, software, local course rules, Flight Information Processing System (FLIPS) manuals, maintenance manuals, and other documentation, and incorporate these changes to the training systems. 
  • Update training products to be housed at Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD), and at local Contracting Officers Representative’s (COR) unit.
  • Coordinate with NAWCTSD Instructional Systems Designer (ISD) Lead during conduct of unscheduled spot-checks using the master copy to validate accuracy, correctness, and quality.

 

Qualifications

  • Requires a minimum of 2 years’ specialized experience as a Course Curriculum Specialist and general experience with: Authoring Instructional Materials (AIM) Content Planning Module/Learning Object (CPM/LO), Catalog of Navy Training Courses (CANTRAC), enterprise Naval Training Reservation System (eNTRS), Corporate enterprise Training Activity Resource System (CeTARS), Fleet Training Management and Planning System (FLTMPS), and Standard Training Activity Support System (STASS). 
  • Must have the ability to provide data entry services entering approved course information into and any other identified electronic systems as required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in education or six (6) year’s relevant Naval aviation experience
  • In-depth understanding Carrier NATOPS, CATCC, FRS instruction highly desired
  • Active SECRET security clearance
