Overview

B3H Corporate headquarters are in Shalimar, Florida.  B3H will provide highly qualified and experienced flying operations support non-personal services for 432d Wing operations at Shaw AFB, SC, and home to the 25th Attack Group (25 ATKG).  The 432 WG is the Air Force’s first remotely piloted aircraft (RPA) wing, providing all operations, logistics, and support aspects of MQ-9 Reaper training and employment for multiple squadrons. Aircraft being flown by 432d WG pilots and sensor operators based in the Continental United States (CONUS) provide support to contingency operations worldwide as well as MQ-9 training. This position is for Personnel Security Support.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with security indoctrination and debriefing as well as periodic reinvestigations on an as needed basis and assist with the maintenance of SCI indoctrinated personnel security folders.
  • Assist with Interim SCI requests as required and assist with unit member’s foreign travel paperwork and JPAS updates.
  • Create and destroy Access Control Security (ACS) Badges for all SCI indoctrinations and debriefs.
  • Assist with updating and maintaining the unit badge roster and Alarmed
  • Facility Access Authorization (AFAA) as well as SCIF access roster.
  • Assist with JPAS visit request for unit personnel going to another SCI facility and assist security incident reporting for all SCI related items. Also assist in documenting and reporting security training and alarm system tests.
  • Assist with training unit Special Security Representatives (SSRs) and assist with sending out and keeping records of annual SCI security awareness briefing/training and helping SSRs with unit’s SCI security awareness program.
  • Assist with handling Personnel Security Incident Reports and For Cause discharge files for SCI cleared individuals and assist with updating and maintaining the unit’s SCIF standard operating procedures (SOPs) and emergency Action Procedures (EAPs).
  • Interface with Shaw Air Force Base Security Offices in regards to maintaining regulation-compliant SCIF operations.
  • Assist with maintenance and disposal of SCI material in accordance with Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs), Department of Defense (DoD) security manuals, Air Force (AF) regulations and ACC/SSO guidance and assist with internal and external inspections for unit SCIF and any applicable subordinate SCIFs.
  • Provide unit commander or designee a monthly compilation of program status, security violations (with investigation status) and also assist with annual reports to ACC/SSO.
  • Complete on-line computer based training as directed by SSO (In accordance with ICD, DoD, USAF, and ACC/SSO guidance) within 30 days of start date.
  • Attend in-residence training for ICD 704/Security Executive Agent Directives (SEADs) for Personnel Security (at government’s expense).

 

Qualifications

 

  • A minimum of one (1) year experience working in a TS/SCI facility and one (1) year of security experience and be able to work Monday thru Friday from 0730-1630.

  • No negative administrative, judicial, non-judicial, or criminal action/record in previous civilian or military employment for five (5) years. No history of being terminated from civilian employment, denied reenlistment, administratively discharged, or separated from the military under any condition other than honorable.

  • Active TS SCI
