Candidate will be part of a team supporting HQ Air Combat Command (HQ ACC)/A5 to provide technical support for the development, review, test and evaluation of proposed solutions for the effective implementation and fielding of interoperable Multi-Tactical Data Link (TDL) and eXtensible Markup Language-Message Text Format (XML-MTF) platforms/systems/net-centric services. This position will support the office through development of detailed daily action plans (manage meetings, staff schedules and monitor organizational email account) and administration of the office security procedures.

Support the office through development of detailed daily action plans (manage meetings, staff schedules and monitor organizational email account) and administration of the office security procedures (e.g. end of day security check, manage visit requests, maintain building access badges).
Provide administrative support to ACC/A5JI to include the management and cataloging of TDL, USMTF, and XML-MTF documentation, preparation and review of staff packages, read-aheads, and other documents.
Manage normal office correspondence and task management.
Aid/Assist in maintenance of 20 or more training records in support of office programs and projects.
Required Skills and Experience:
High school diploma is required; however an Associate’s degree is desired.
At least five (5) years’ experience performing task management and records management functions in a military organization.
At least five (5) years’ experience working with Department of Defense security concepts and procedures.
At least five (5) years’ experience drafting and editing official memorandums, memos for record, meeting minutes, etc.
