B3H Corporation is seeking a Site Manager for a future contract supporting Army Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) Instruction and Mission Support Services at Fort Huachuca, Arizona. The Site Manager will oversee all organization, management, staffing and performance execution of a workforce of approximately 300 instructors, flight managers, maintenance, and other support personnel. The contract supports UAS Shadow (RQ-7) and Gray Eagle (MQ-1C) aircrew instruction, maintenance instruction, flight operations and ancillary services conducted at Fort Huachuca in support of the U.S. Army Aviation Center of Excellence (USAACE).
The Site Manager is responsible for delivering program performance (cost, schedule, performance, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction) as well as business results (revenue and profit).
Builds and leads an effective and engaged program team, represents B3H to customers, and responsible for meeting all the program/contract requirements.
Ensures the day to day operations of the organization are effectively and efficiently implemented, coordinated, and conducted within the framework of the contract requirements.
Develops and oversees implementation of project management processes to ensure the timely and cost-effective development and completion of key projects to support customer requirements.
Develops and promotes good working relationships with customer representatives and subcontractors.
Assigns properly trained, qualified, and trusted managers and supervisors to key positions in the organizational structure.
Identifies, manages, and reports risks; develops and chooses optimal risk treatment options.
Develops and executes operating budget for the program to include budget for subcontractors on the program.
Provides clear leadership, promotes, and fosters a team culture consistent with the core values of the company. Facilitates managers and supervisors to gain consensus or agreement of ideas and approaches.
Oversees a safety program that promotes a work environment of zero accident and injuries including no lost time accidents.
Establishes procedures and provides the necessary supervision for effective administrative, supply, personnel, safety, health, environmental, quality assurance, and maintenance functions of the program.
Oversees analysis of operational issues and operating procedures, draws correct conclusions, and communicates clear and focused procedures and process improvement to applicable personnel.
Debriefs completed projects, and develops improvement plans from “lessons learned.”
Oversees and facilitates employee work schedules to the best advantage of the organization.
Delegates accountability and responsibility to all levels of the program organization.
Establishes procedures for interfaces and interaction with supporting corporate functional centers (Purchasing, Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, etc.).
Ensures contract deliverables are accurate, complete and delivered to the customer as required.
Prepares meeting agendas as coordinated with the customer.
Provides presentation materials to the customer as needed prior to meetings to enhance productivity and mutual understanding of topics.
Ensures program management is in accordance with the Program Management Plan (PMP).
Performs other duties as assigned.
Ten (10) years aircraft maintenance experience or pilot aviation experience (military experience preferred).
Five (5) years demonstrated program management experience.
Program Management Institute certification and/or Government Contract experience preferred.
B.S. Business Management or technical degree; M.S. or MBA preferred
Knowledge and experience with Quality Standard AS9110.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Current Secret Security clearance or ability to obtain Secret Security clearance.
