B3H provides the full spectrum of strategic planning, program management, acquisitions management, systems engineering & integration, cost analysis, training, systems requirements analysis, and instructional system design for the DoD. B3H delivers quality performance with complete government visibility and control. B3H Corporate headquarters are in Shalimar, Florida. We are recruiting for subject matter expertise in the following areas:  AOC Strategy Development, AOC Combat Planning, AOC ATO Production, AOC Combat Operations, AOC Air Mobility Management, and AOC Joint Interface Control.  These personnel will help shape the future of the Air Component C2 Enterprise and, as such, require an accurate understanding of Joint Doctrine (especially JP 3-30) as well as a fresh, relevant, and thorough understanding of practical application of that doctrine.  These SMEs may travel to various locations worldwide in support of C2 Enterprise research efforts and agile software development activities; and are typically expected to have been Operational C2 practitioners with practical experience in their stated area of expertise.   Position is located at Langley AFB, VA and contingent on contract award.

    Responsibilities

    • Support Value-Driven Enterprise Research (VaDER) teams directly as a team member, or also as a division team member at-large.
    • Prepare requirement descriptions in support of requirements management.
    • Support metrics development, data gathering and analysis, and interpretation and reporting to support software and system improvements.
    • Support Value Stream Mapping activities relevant to division systems.
    • Support Impact Mapping activities relevant to agile software development of division systems.
    • Support Opportunity Backlog management.
    • Document, and guide the future of AOC operations.
    • Participate in exercises supporting a position relevant to the supported area of expertise.
    • Participate in testing activities to support area of expertise.
    • Educate the workforce relevant to the supported area of expertise.
    • Assist with mission impact assessments preparing for or resulting from resource reduction decisions, such as Air Force-level cut drills, Program Decision Memorandums, and Air Force Corporate Structure-directed cuts.

    Qualifications

    • Requires 2 years’ experience within the past ten (10) years in an AOC Division or Specialty Team.
    • Requires 6 months’ experience using AOC specific toolsets in the supported area of expertise.
    • Geographic AOC experience within the past two (2) years desired.
    • TS/SCI Security Clearance
