    B3H Corporation is seeking a dynamic, conscientious Staff Accountant / Bookkeeper to join our growing company in the Corporate office, Shalimar, FL. In this position, you will track and implement payroll with the Finance Dept plus update and maintain financial records and reports. Strong computer skills are a must, as you are responsible for business transactions and managing databases.  Salary is commensurate according to experience and education.



    Affirm accounting database; update documents and records

    Maintain payroll system in QuickBooks including leave accrual

    Coordinate with HR Dept for payroll benefit deductions and vendor invoices

    Set up, enroll and term Customers and Vendors in the accounting system

    Process documentation to support and reconcile AMEX account

    File documents; make paper and electronic copies

    Reconcile bank statements and vendor invoices by comparing statements with general ledger

    Prepare and verify reports as necessary

    Yearend review(s) W-2/W-3; 1099/1096; 1095 ABC forms

    Timekeeping administrator duties

    Follow standards, procedures, and applicable laws


    Bachelor Science degree; relevant certification is a plus

    Proven accounting experience, preferably as an Accounts receivable clerk or Accounts payable clerk

    Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures

    Competency in MS Office, databases and accounting software

    Knowledge of Microsoft systems to include Excel, Word, Powerpoint Basic/intermediate level of knowledge

    Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports

    Accuracy and attention to detail and an aptitude for numbers

    Well organized, with the ability to perform filing and record keeping tasks
