    B3H Corporation is providing Subject Matter Experts to the 505th TS for Combined Air Operations Center-Nellis (CAOC-N) located at Nellis Air Force Base, Nevada.  505th TS provides continuation training (CT) for C-NAF AOC operations personnel in conjunction with RED FLAG (RF), VIRTUAL FLAG (VF) and USAF Weapons School Advanced Integration Phase (WSAIP) events.  CAOC-N hosts over 3000 visitors and participants per year for RF, VF, WSAIP, and COCOM exercises and other tests/exercises/events.



    Naval Surface Warfare Officer SME will prepare training systems and courseware development for Naval Surface Warfare Officer SME.  Responsible for:


    Planning Naval Surface Warfare integration into constructive scenarios to include AEGIS Ballistic Missile Defense (BMD), Tomahawk Land Attack Missile (TLAM) planning, and Carrier Strike Group (CSG) Tactics.

    Liaise with Naval Surface units, Maritime Operations Centers (MOC's), and staff units to provide live and virtual participation in Air Operations Center (AOC) exercises.

    Coordinate, assist, and evaluate Naval participants performance in AOC exercises. 

    Support planning (Concept development, Initial Planning, Mid Planning, Final Planning), execution and Lesson Learned/TTP development for a minimum of four RED FLAG events per year, one VIRTUAL FLAG event per year, two Weapons School Events per year, and up to three COCOM exercises annually.  


    BS (Engineering, Operations Research, Applied Statistics, Mathematics, or related discipline) with 10 years relevant experience; or no degree and 20 years relevant experience. Experience must be within the last 10 years.

    Work within a classified environment at the SAP/SAR level.

    Operational and tactical experience with Naval Surface Warfare in offensive and defensive force capabilities and the ability to provide instruction and advice in these areas.

    Familiarity with distributed mission operations (DMO).

    Recent distributed mission operations exercise experience working with live, virtual and constructive assets desired.

    Have the ability to manage, lead and coordinate training, testing and experimentation projects.

    Must have a current (within 24 months) TS/SCI clearance and have eligibility to obtain and maintain a SAP/SAR program clearance
