    B3H Corporation is providing Subject Matter Experts to the 505th TS for Combined Air Operations Center-Nellis (CAOC-N) located at Nellis Air Force Base, Nevada.  505th TS provides continuation training (CT) for C-NAF AOC operations personnel in conjunction with RED FLAG (RF), VIRTUAL FLAG (VF) and USAF Weapons School Advanced Integration Phase (WSAIP) events.  CAOC-N hosts over 3000 visitors and participants per year for RF, VF, WSAIP, and COCOM exercises and other tests/exercises/events.

     

    Responsibilities

    The Space Subject Matter Expert will provide instruction to Space Duty Officer (SDO), Space Control, Non-Kinetic Duty Officer (NKDO), and Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) Duty Officer students on how to manage and integrate Collateral and advanced program space systems effects.  The Space SME will be required to:

     

    Plan, instruct, and debrief on the capabilities and limitations, as well as command and control (C2) of strategic, operational, and theater space systems, as well as enemy space capabilities and their potential effects against US, coalition, and commercial systems, platforms and operations. 


    Make appropriate recommendations regarding delegation of operational Space Coordinating Authority from the Joint Force Commander to the Air Component. 


    Coordinate Space inputs in the exercise planning process (Concept Development, Initial Planning, Mid Planning, Final Planning, Exercise Control) to include desired learning objectives and other training objectives with AOC, Coalition and Air Force Space Command exercise planning personnel and participants. 


    Develop, test, and publish new Tactics Techniques and Procedures (TTPs) to streamline Space, non-kinetic operations, and integrated air and missile defense C2 process.

    Qualifications

    Ten years of progressively responsible experience directly related to Space and or Satellite Communications Operations management.


    Three years of operational experience as a Space Cadre or Space Acquisition Member or in a senior communications billet.


    A graduation certificate from a Space Warfighter Preparation Course, or National Systems Information Course, SATCOM Course, Collection Manager School, or similar related schools.


    Personnel (Officer/Enlisted) who have who has successfully completed a tour in a billet which provides branch chief experience.


    Two years of experience in a Space or Satellite Communications Managers related billet.
