This Task Order supports Combat Air Forces (CAF) Command and Control, Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C2ISR) and Rescue squadrons in locations in Air Combat Command (ACC), USINDOPACOM and USEUCOM locations. C2ISR and Rescue Squadron Operations Support consist of seven major areas each with multiple tasks and subtasks. We support assigned active duty aircrew to fulfill requirements for achieving/maintaining aircraft mission qualification in their assigned weapon system by providing the expertise. The objective of this task order is to provide in-garrison active C2ISR and Rescue squadrons with functional support for typical additional duties assigned to squadron personnel, such as Scheduling, Non-Aviation Programs & Readiness, Training, Mobility, Stan/Eval, Information System Security Officer, and support for EFB managers.
Ensure the electronic flight bag servers have all required software patches and can operate on the Air Force computer network.
Plan upgrades to the servers at such a time to have minimal impact on daily operations.
Schedule and upgrade the EFB system software as updates become available from the EFB vendor. These upgrades will be scheduled with the EFB vendor and shall be planned to have minimal impact on daily operations.
Work with Wing/Group OSS to develop procedures to utilize EFB for missions, scheduling and training functions.
Minimum one (1) year of experience troubleshooting and loading software on computers at a minimum of squadron-level.
