Corporate headquarters are in Shalimar, Florida. We are recriting for a RC-135 Management Support position located at Langley AFB, VA. The ACC/A3CR branch is responsible for integrating AF intelligence, surveillance & reconnaissance (ISR) aircraft into the CAF. Develops, analyzes and coordinates reconnaissance aircraft employment concepts to meet the tasking of combatant commanders, National Command Authority, and national intelligence agencies. Develops policies, plans and doctrine to organize, train and equip CAF ISR platforms.


    • Recommend improvements to the functional management, operation, deployment and training of forces IAW existing doctrine.
    • Liaise with ACC staffs and other agencies such as Air Staff, the Joint Staff, and service MAJCOMs regarding the RC/WC/OC-135 program.
    • Liaise with 55 Wing (primarily the 55 Operations Group) regarding all aspects of RC/WC/OC-135 and EC-130H operations and training.Liaise with NGB and ANG units regarding ISR integration, operations, training, and sustainment.
    • Coordinate with RC/WC/OC-135 Systems Program Office at Majors Field, TX and ACC/A5IR-C135 for RC/WC/OC-135, and EC-130H Systems Program Office at Waco, TX and ACC/A4IA for system enhancements and assist in defining modernization requirements to support current/future weapon system upgrades, training, sustainment, and employment.
    • Review and coordinate on doctrine changes.
    • Provide assistance for detailed oversight of the overall operations of RC/WC/OC-135 and EC-130H and identify and document operational deficiencies, and provide recommended solutions.Review, coordinate and prepare ISR and EW RC/WC/OC-135/EC-130H Instructions and policies (AFI11-220, AFI11-2RC-135 Vols 1, 2, 3, AFI11-2EC-130 Vols 1, 2, 3, AFTTP 3-1.RC-135 and EC-130H, and 55 WG Operational Instructions and policies) IAW governing AFI.
    • Review, coordinate and prepare waiver packages.
    • Review, coordinate and prepare inspection planning (including wing generated exercises and ACC/IG Operational Readiness Inspections and UCI); UTC and Designated Operational Capabilities (DOC) Statement, for approximately 6 units; ONOPS, CONEMPS, Enabling concepts, Roadmaps and Contingency Plans; and monthly SORTS, DRRS and Mission Essential Tasks (METs) reports and must be able to analyze the data presented by the units and brief possible solutions to senior leadership during monthly briefings.
    • Review and coordinate manpower and UMD for approximately 6 units, review, coordinate and prepare exercise and contingency taskings, and prepare and maintain historical RC/WC/OC-135 and EC-130H deployment documentation.
    • Advise and assist in evaluating and determining annual RC/WC/OC-135 GFM allocations to combatant commanders and manage shortfall and reclama actions.
    • Reviews, coordinates and prepares response for SIB/AIB, and RAP tasking messages,reports and PFT requirements.
    • Provide assistance for detailed oversight of the overall training of RC/WC/OC-135 and EC-130H (in support of Government led training), and identify and document training deficiencies, and provide recommended solutions.
    • Coordinate PFT allocations between AFPC, HAF, ANG, and MAJCOMs and manage PFT class flow; and estimate personnel levels in conjunction with required taskings.
    • Review, coordinate and prepare RC/WC/OC-135 and EC-130H aircrew position specific training syllabi and Training Task Lists (TTL) (bi-annually); and RTRB briefings, and publishes pre and post RTRB products semi- annually. 




    • Bachelor’s Degree, with a minimum of 10 years of AF ISR operational experience and minimum of 4 years of rated RC/OC/WC-135 weapon systems experience (Electronic Weapons Officer (EWO) preferred).
    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience with Numbered Air Force or higher level staff.
    • Minimum of 4 years experience working with Capability Based Planning and Assessment processes, and working program development and management.
    • TS/SCI Security Clearance
