The objective of this task order is to provide the functional support required at the 9th Air Force Rear Mission Support Element (RMSE) at Shaw AFB to assist in the organizing, training and equipping of deployers into a JTF HQ. This contract support will result in a core JTF HQ staff that is mission-ready to Organize, Train, and Equip the Joint Force. Basing the team out of Shaw AFB, collocated with ARCENT will allow for efficient and frequent interchanges regarding the Joint HQ composed primarily of USA and USAF personnel.
Perform as Lead Contractor to provide classroom instruction on KM tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) related to the needs of a JTF.
Perform as Lead Contractor to collect, disseminate, and incorporate lessons learned from previous exercises and deployments into current planning.
Assist lead contractor Unit Training Manager (para 4.12) to create and maintain student training database including courses taken, proficiency achieved, and Course SEIs awarded.
Perform as Lead Contractor to create and administer post-course student feedback surveys. Analyze results and provide recommendations for improvement quarterly.
Perform as Lead Contractor to manage all Task Management Tool (TMT) taskers related to 9 AF and the RMSE.
Assist lead contractor Joint Task Force Computer and Communications Senior Planner (para 4.7) to define the hardware and software requirements and configurations for JTF exercises both at home and deployed.
Perform as Lead contractor to participate or lead a monthly formalized information exchange program with like JTF units sharing information such as lessons learned, best practices, training shortfalls and exercise training effectiveness.
Assist lead contractor Curriculum Senior Planner (para 4.9) to advise and assist with an annual Syllabus Review Conference to provide input and changes to RMSE course syllabi.
Assist lead contractor Curriculum Senior Planner (para 4.9) to review, coordinate, and prepare JTF Stan Eval MQF.
Perform as Lead contractor to support JTF Training, Standardization, and Evaluation programs by developing and maintaining any checklists, TTPs, MQFs, and provide policy reviews.
Assist lead contractor Master Scheduler/Event Coordinator (para 4.11) to maintain the JTF Community of Practice website maintaining, reorganizing, and updating the customer’s Community of Practice website.
