  • Overview

    The objective of this task order is to provide the functional support required at the 9th Air Force Rear Mission Support Element (RMSE) at Shaw AFB to assist in the organizing, training and equipping of deployers into a JTF HQ.  This contract support will result in a core JTF HQ staff that is mission-ready to Organize, Train, and Equip the Joint Force. Basing the team out of Shaw AFB, collocated with ARCENT will allow for efficient and frequent interchanges regarding the Joint HQ composed primarily of USA and USAF personnel.

     

    Responsibilities

    Perform as Lead Contractor to schedule training and perform student interface for approximately 240 students per year.

     

    Perform as Lead Contractor to coordinate and “sponsor” inbound students, as well as assist with arrival and departure processing.

     

    Assist lead contractor Unit Deployment Manager/ Personnel Readiness Monitor (para 4.13) to manage the pre-deployment training requirements for all 9 AF HQ Staff personnel and RMSE attendees.

    Perform as Lead Contractor to develop, track, and refine JTF Special Experience Identifier (SEI).
     

    Perform as Lead Contractor to create and maintain student-training database including courses taken, proficiency achieved, and Course SEIs awarded.
     

    Assist lead contractor Knowledge Manager and Task Management Tool Manager (para 4.14) to create and administer post-course student feedback surveys.  Analyze results and provide recommendations for improvement quarterly.
     

    Perform as Lead Contractor to conduct and identify trend analysis and unit-training shortfalls to senior JTF leadership.
     

    Assist in anticipating, identifying, and incorporating training requirements generated by programmed changes in equipment, systems, applications, personnel, or operational procedures.
     

    Assist lead contractor Joint Task Force Computer and Communications Senior Planner (para 4.7) to define the hardware and software requirements and configurations for JTF exercises both at home and deployed.
     

    Maintain the Mission Essential Task Lists (METL) for the JTF.

    Qualifications

    Minimum KSAs
     

    5 years of experience with Combatant Command and Service Specific Pre-Deployment training requirements, and the systems used to track/report said training


     

    Desired KSAs
     

    10 years of experience with Combatant Command and Service Specific Pre-Deployment training requirements, and the systems used to track/report said training
     

    Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university,
