The objective of this task order is to provide the functional support required at the 9th Air Force Rear Mission Support Element (RMSE) at Shaw AFB to assist in the organizing, training and equipping of deployers into a JTF HQ. This contract support will result in a core JTF HQ staff that is mission-ready to Organize, Train, and Equip the Joint Force. Basing the team out of Shaw AFB, collocated with ARCENT will allow for efficient and frequent interchanges regarding the Joint HQ composed primarily of USA and USAF personnel.
Perform as Lead Contractor to liaise with system program offices and other agencies on ACC staff and other JTFs to remain current on JTF ISR system capabilities, developments and initiatives, to advise leadership on policies and positions.
Provide instruction in accordance with the Government-provided syllabus.
Train JTF personnel regarding current and predicted operational environments, missions, and requirements. Support approximately 6 classes per year with a notional class size of 40 personnel.
Perform as Lead Contractor to liaison with other NAFs and other MAJCOMs for JTF ISR operational interests in order to improve synchronization and alignment of ISR policy and doctrine in an efficient manner.
Provide functional expertise to the 9 AF staff in JTF and/or Command and Control operations to include JTF types and composition, intel issues, intel fielding issues, technical support (e.g. small computers, video teleconference communication, and secure telephone communication), and other operations issues.
Assist lead contractor Joint Task Force Conceptual Operational Plans, Training, and Execution Senior Planner (para 4.1) to review, develop, and prepare JTF CONOPs, conceptual operational plans, and proper execution of JTF process execution.
Assist lead contractor Master Scheduler/Event Coordinator (para 4.11) to attending exercise planning conferences to include development, initial, mid, and final planning conferences for at least 3 exercises per year.
Assist lead contractor Curriculum Senior Planner (para 4.9) to advise and assist with an annual Syllabus Review Conference to provide input and changes to RMSE course syllabi.
Assist lead contractor Curriculum Senior Planner (para 4.9) to review, coordinate, and prepare JTF Stan Eval MQF.
Assist lead contractor Joint Task Force Computer and Communications Senior Planner (para 4.7) to liaise with the ACC Communications Directorate (ACC/A6C), ACC Intelligence Directorate, ISR Systems (ACC/A2O), Air Mobility Command (AMC), and Air Force Space Command (AFSPC) for all issues pertaining to the DJC2 configuration status and changes.

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
2 years of experience in the JOPP
5 years of Joint Senior Military Intelligence Officer experience
1 year of experience within a ground maneuver staff and/or Special Operations Forces
Master’s degree from an accredited college or university
