B3H Corp is looking for an experienced Business Development / Capture Manager to lead business development efforts across the Company portfolio. This candidate will be located in the Hampton VA office. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new opportunities and must be able to develop them into an opportunity where B3H will submit a proposal. B3H is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) providing full spectrum Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) in the areas of weapon systems program management, training, doctrine and policy development, capabilities planning, systems engineering and technical support, and operational mission services. Headquartered in Shalimar, Florida, B3H maintains key operating locations at Lackland AFB, Texas; Langley AFB, Virginia; the Pentagon; Hurlburt Field, Florida; and Creech AFB, Nevada supporting customers at twenty (20) CONUS and OCONUS locations.
The candidate must have a background in BD, Capture and proposal writing including coordinating proposals, requests for information, and technical and non-technical data calls, with efforts of varying scope for the Department of Defense or other Federal Government customers. Must be familiar with Opportunity Search engines such as FBO, e-Buy and other sites. Candidate will be responsible for maintaining and briefing the Company pipeline of new business opportunities.
The candidate will assist and lead the development of responses to requests for information and data calls regarding company capabilities and past performance. Candidate will draft white papers for service solutions to customer identified issues. Candidate will help organize and manage proposal related templates and capability statements. Candidate will draft and staff Non-Disclosure Agreements and Teaming Agreements.
Candidates must have excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with members of technical staff to develop solutions, create responses to requests for information, write proposal content, conduct proposal kick-off and status meetings, and execute color reviews (pink, red, gold teams).
Familiarity with Air Force and Navy is desired. Knowledge of Seaport-e, and GSA Schedules is also desired. Some travel will be required from Hampton, VA to CONUS locations.
