ACSWL SME trainer for the ACSWL contractor team experienced and qualified in conducting ACSWL training world-wide. SME must have practical experience executing the Joint Planning Process for Air (JPP-A) and have participated in at least 4 Tier 1 exercises at the C-NAF level within the last 2 years.
Part time ACSWL SME trainer advises and instructs ACSWL team on joint warfare applications to include C2 in difficult to define, controversial, new or novel systems and functions of major agency, national, or international impact to senior Air Force leaders during courses and exercises.
Part time ACSWL SME trainer must be able to instruct ACSWL team on how to adjust analysis and instruction for differing AF warfighting senior training audiences after determining unique training objectives and requirements. Interact with specialized sub-sets of the training audience and develop training goals and programs and instruct independently given general over-arching training objectives.
Part time ACSWL SME trainer must instruct ACSWL team on how to develop new procedures to address warfighting inadequacies, trends, or refined objectives observed during exercise. Provides world-class advanced training support for resident formal courses, just-in-time training events, and mobile training events.
Part time ACSWL SME trainer provides world-class advanced training support for formal in-residence courses as needed, just-in-time training events, and mobile training events.
The SME shall have at least 4 years of ACSWL experience
SMEs must have practical experience executing the Joint Operations Planning Process for Air (JOPP-A) and participated in at least 2 deliberate or crisis action planning events.
SMEs will be capable of participating in all course-related functions spanning preparation, execution, execution support and maintenance of the course.
