B3H Corporation is seeking qualified candidates to augment operational management activities of the 492d Special Operations Wing (492d SOW) by providing technical advisory and assistance services in the areas of current operations, training, deployment management, logistics support, and administrative support.  Position will work as part of an integrated contractor/government workforce providing specialized knowledge, skills and abilities in the responsibilities described below. 


Provide continuity across Wing programs and processes

Assist in the development of Wing-level planning, implementation of policy and execution of plans functions

Function as an International Military Student Officer (IMSO) to support courses approved in the Military Article Service List (MASL) for Partner Nation training

Support building partnership capacity by coordinating requirements with Secretary of the Air Force/International Affairs, Air Force Security Assistance programs, Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC) and Special Operations Command (SOCOM)

Coordinate wing requirements between Duke Field, Hurlburt Field and Eglin AFB agencies as necessary to accomplish mission requirements

Support and coordinate annual fiscal programs executed by Wing planning

Support Wing Exercises coordination and planning processes, strategic planning, and execution of Wing Manpower Personnel Appropriations (MPA) programs for reserve personnel.

Work within Total Force Association (TFA) agreements to utilize reserve personnel to support Wing requirements

Prepare plans documents, produce SOCOM Aviation Foreign Internal Defense Global Prioritization and Resourcing Procedures (350-50 Process) document requirements supporting the feasibility assessments for future fiscal year planning processes, and presentations as necessary to support the weekly Commanders Update Brief (CUB)


AFSOC CAA/AvFID or AFSOC aircrew experience;

Specific experience in a AFSOC Wing, Group, or Squadron Plans shop

Extensive experience with all facets of Microsoft Office (predominantly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

Current SECRET clearance is required
