Overview

B3H Corporation is seeking qualified candidates to augment training activities of the 16th Training Squadron (TRS), Holloman AFB, NM.  The 16th TRS is responsible for providing administrative and instructional support to MQ-1B Predator and MQ-9 Reaper Formal Training Units (FTU).  It also manages, equips, and provides academic/simulator training to students participating in Predator/Reaper syllabus course.  Personnel are needed to fill the following positions:  Site Lead, Simulator Console Operator (SCO), Simulator Tactical Programmer (STP), Flight Training Manager, Standardization and Evaluation Manager, Simulator Duty Director (SDD), Ground Control Station (GCS) Scenario Developer, Tactical Scenario Developer. 

 

All positions are located at Holloman AFB, NM. 

 

Responsibilities

Coordinate with Training shops, Weapons Shops, Stan/Eval, and OSS for scenario standardization and compliance


Generate Microsoft Office products including but not limited to: Mission Briefs, Threat Briefings and detailed Mission Scenario plans (“dance card”/scripts) to meet MQ-9 Syllabus required training


Coordinate with PMATS Tactical Programmers to ensure sim scenarios are updated and implemented


Coordinate with JTACS and GSS to ensure scenario products are up-to-date


Attend scheduled meetings and coordinate future requirements with Operations Support Squadron (OSS) or 16 TRS as required


Manage GSS work schedules


Trained to open and close areas certified for SECRET open storage and maintain a presence in the storage area during normal duty hours as requested by the government.  A TSS may serve as a substitute for a GSS in the storage area as needed.

Qualifications

Three (3) years’ experience as one of the following: a crewmember of an aircraft that performed/supported CAS, a Joint Terminal Attack Controller, a Mission Intelligence Coordinator, or experience performing simulated MQ-1/9 missions


Experience working in a dynamic high stress environment.


(Desired) Familiarity with Zeus, mIRC, and normal government software (i.e. Microsoft Office products) and hardware


(Desired) Previously qualified as MQ-1 or MQ-9 mission intelligence coordinator, pilot, sensor operator or air battle manager
