B3H Corporation is seeking qualified candidates to augment training activities of the 16th Training Squadron (TRS), Holloman AFB, NM.  The 16th TRS is responsible for providing administrative and instructional support to MQ-1B Predator and MQ-9 Reaper Formal Training Units (FTU).  It also manages, equips, and provides academic/simulator training to students participating in Predator/Reaper syllabus course.  Personnel are needed to fill the following positions:  Site Lead, Simulator Console Operator (SCO), Simulator Tactical Programmer (STP), Flight Training Manager, Standardization and Evaluation Manager, Simulator Duty Director (SDD), Ground Control Station (GCS) Scenario Developer, Tactical Scenario Developer. 


All positions are located at Holloman AFB, NM. 



Create a realistic approximation of real-world combat operations by simulating the functions of other entities via Intercom device or mIRC software

Simulate via mIRC software: Air Traffic Control (ATC)/Control and Reporting Center (CRC) and provide threat updates for all flight training events

Function as Joint Terminal Attack Controllers (JTACs), other coalition aircraft or ground assets, Joint Personnel Recovery Center (JPRC), intelligence coordinators, intelligence screeners and other players that normally interact with RPA mission crews as detailed in the mission scenario dance cards and instructor pilot/sensor guidance

Use current joint close air support doctrine (from Joint Publication (JP) 3-09.3), brevity terms (from Air Land and Sea Application (ALSA) brevity), current Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) (such as Air Force Tactics Techniques and Procedures (AFTTP) 3-1.MQ- 9 or AFTTP 3-3 MQ-9, etc.) and other applicable doctrine

Follow current Wing guidance from the 49 Wing Flying Training Unit (FTU) Special Instructions (SPINS) and Weapons Attack Guide (WAG)

Maintain an immediate presence during the conduct of missions in order to provide real-time tactical adjustments as directed by the instructor or CT crew

Trained to open and close areas certified for SECRET open storage and maintain a presence in the storage area during normal duty hours


Three (3) years’ experience as one of the following: a crewmember of an aircraft that performed/supported CAS, a Joint Terminal Attack Controller, a Mission Intelligence Coordinator, or experience performing simulated MQ-1/9 missions

Experience working in a dynamic high stress environment.

(Desired) Familiarity with Zeus, mIRC, and normal government software (i.e. Microsoft Office products) and hardware

(Desired) Previously qualified as MQ-1 or MQ-9 mission intelligence coordinator, pilot, sensor operator or air battle manager
