Overview

B3H Corporation is seeking qualified candidates to augment training activities of the 16th Training Squadron (TRS), Holloman AFB, NM.  The 16th TRS is responsible for providing administrative and instructional support to MQ-1B Predator and MQ-9 Reaper Formal Training Units (FTU).  It also manages, equips, and provides academic/simulator training to students participating in Predator/Reaper syllabus course.  Personnel are needed to fill the following positions:  Site Lead, Simulator Console Operator (SCO), Simulator Tactical Programmer (STP), Flight Training Manager, Standardization and Evaluation Manager, Simulator Duty Director (SDD), Ground Control Station (GCS) Scenario Developer, Tactical Scenario Developer. 

 

All positions are located at Holloman AFB, NM. 

 

Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to each of the Standardization and Evaluation shops to include the 6th, 9th and 29th ATKS squadrons


Manage and control MQ-9 flight testing materials


Administer testing for permanent party and students


Update testing and flight evaluation data in the Patriot Excalibur (PEX), Training Management Systems (TMS), Unmanned Aerial Learning Management System (LMS), and any other locally developed software


Interface with Host Aviation Resource Management (HARM) personnel to update the Aviation Resource Management System (ARMS), as required


Review and update student and permanent party stan/eval folders


Operate various office equipment such as faxes, copiers, phones, and computers


Prepare reports, memos, letters, forms, briefings, and other documents utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Power-Point


Greet RPA students, answer phone calls from instructor/students, and handle their inquiries


Establish and maintain both paper and electronic filing systems IAW USAF AFI 33-322, 33- 332 and associated Holloman AFB guidance


Open, read, route, and distribute incoming paper and electronic correspondence


Prepare routine letters, review documents for correct grammar and spelling and ensure compliance with group, wing, and HHQ instructions


Review and update student and permanent party flight evaluation folders IAW 11- 202V2, AFI 11-2MQ-1V2, AFI 11-2MQ-9V2, associate Holloman AFB supplements, and locally developed guidance

Qualifications

Demonstrated Administrative support experience – Stand/Eval Program (desired) 


Intermediate Level Proficiency of Microsoft Office suite of products
Candidates must possess at least one (1) of the following:
Six (6) months of training administrative support experience with Patriot Excalibur (PEX); or
Six (6) months experience with Graduate Training Integration Management System (GTIMS) Training Management System (TMS) experience; or
Six (6) months of records management experience.


Ideal candidates will have MQ-1/9 experience.
