Overview

B3H Corporation is seeking qualified candidates to augment training activities of the 16th Training Squadron (TRS), Holloman AFB, NM.  The 16th TRS is responsible for providing administrative and instructional support to MQ-1B Predator and MQ-9 Reaper Formal Training Units (FTU).  It also manages, equips, and provides academic/simulator training to students participating in Predator/Reaper syllabus course.  Personnel are needed to fill the following positions:  Site Lead, Simulator Console Operator (SCO), Simulator Tactical Programmer (STP), Flight Training Manager, Standardization and Evaluation Manager, Simulator Duty Director (SDD), Ground Control Station (GCS) Scenario Developer, Tactical Scenario Developer. 

 

All positions are located at Holloman AFB, NM. 

 

Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to each of the flying squadron’s training programs to include the 6th ATKS located in Bldg 302; 9th and 29th ATKS squadrons located in Bldg 318 


Interface with Host Aviation Resource Management (HARM) personnel to update the Aviation Resource Management System (ARMS) as required


Review and update student and permanent party flight training grade books via paper binders or digital records in a government-provided Training Management System IAW AFI 11- 202V1, AFI 11-2MQ-1V1, AFI 11-2MQ-9V1, associated Holloman AFB supplements, and locally developed guidance


Generate AF 4324, aircraft assignment/aircrew qualification worksheet


Generate training aids for training days


Perform weekly currency check of personnel training (including ancillary) and notifies members of overdue training via e-mail
Prepare and execute periodic training schedule


Generate bi-monthly letter of “Xs” (Personnel Qualifications/Status Report (Letter of Xs)), monthly and quarterly Rated Aircrew Performance (RAP) and provides RAP inputs to 49 OSS Training each quarter, 20-month and end of cycle training reports


Operate various office equipment such as faxes, copiers, phones, and computers


Prepare reports, memos, letters, forms, briefings, and other documents utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Power-Point


Greet RPA students, answers phone call from instructors/students, and handles their inquiries


Establish and maintain both paper and electronic filing systems IAW USAF AFI 33-322, AFI 33-332, and associated Holloman AFB guidance


Open, read, route, and distribute incoming paper and electronic correspondence


Prepare routine letters, review documents for correct grammar and spelling and ensure compliance with group, wing, and HHQ instructions

Qualifications

Demonstrated Administrative support experience – Training Program (desired) 


Intermediate Level Proficiency of Microsoft Office suite of products


Candidates must possess at least one (1) of the following:
One (1) year of administrative support experience with Patriot Excalibur (PEX) or similar commercial flight scheduling software; or
Six (6) months with Graduate Training Integration Management System (GTIMS) scheduling tool, or other commercial training management system; or
Six (6) months of records management experience.


Ideal candidates will have MQ-1/9 experience.
