Overview

B3H Corporation is seeking qualified candidates to augment training activities of the 16th Training Squadron (TRS), Holloman AFB, NM.  The 16th TRS is responsible for providing administrative and instructional support to MQ-1B Predator and MQ-9 Reaper Formal Training Units (FTU).  It also manages, equips, and provides academic/simulator training to students participating in Predator/Reaper syllabus course.  Personnel are needed to fill the following positions:  Site Lead, Simulator Console Operator (SCO), Simulator Tactical Programmer (STP), Flight Training Manager, Standardization and Evaluation Manager, Simulator Duty Director (SDD), Ground Control Station (GCS) Scenario Developer, Tactical Scenario Developer. 

All positions are located at Holloman AFB, NM. 

Responsibilities

The primary duty is to provide supervision and positive control of the workforce, provide administrative support to Predator Mission Aircrew Training System/Simulator (PMATS) programs, and provide support to squadrons’ technical programs. 


Primary point of contact empowered to make decisions related to the day-to-day administration of the Site and the contract. 
Produce weekly and monthly summary of PMATS utilization reports IAW government needs.


Periodically inspect the Simulator Duty Director to ensure that each mission crew is submitting paperwork in accordance with the PWS

Ensure that the 16 TRS PMATS MX Debrief Forms and AFTO Form 781s are delivered to squadron ARM offices NLT next duty day normally or as required


Compile the daily simulator schedule after the daily schedule for each flying squadron is released, usually by 1500 local.  The Site Lead shall assign Simulated Console Operators (SCO) to simulator missions, pass to the 16 TRS/DO (or delegate) to review for approval and then post the schedule.  If the 16 TRS delegate is unavailable when the simulator schedule is complete, an unsigned copy shall be posted and another copy will remain for the 16 TRS/DO.  The schedule shall be posted NLT 1630L


Contractor shall provide a Monthly Activity Report detailing duties performed.

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience operating or managing flight training simulators


3 years' experience with Predator Mission Aircrew Training System/Simulator (PMATS)


Six (6) months experience in schedule execution with one of the following; Patriot Excalibur (PEX), Graduate Training Integration Management System (GTIMS), Training Management System (TMS), or other scheduling software tools


Must be able to multi-task and coordinate with multiple other units daily


Intermediate level proficiency of Microsoft Office suite of products
