Overview

B3H Corporation is seeking qualified candidates to augment operational management activities of the 492d Special Operations Wing (492d SOW) by providing technical advisory and assistance services in the areas of current operations, training, deployment management, logistics support, and administrative support.  Position will work as part of an integrated contractor/government workforce providing specialized knowledge, skills and abilities in the responsibilities described below. 

Responsibilities

Coordinate with key unit stakeholders to consolidate training and funding requirements and develop a budget to support the organization’s funding requests


Develop familiarity of organizational requirements and their associated costs in order to support future programming of funds


Represent the organization in justifying requirements and their respective costs


Communicate budget forecasts and programming shortfalls to unit leadership and 492 SOW/FM


Maintain cognizance of the status of approved, deferred and released funds; preparing financial information for the preparation and execution of purchase requests (PRs), military interdepartmental purchase requests (MIPRs), project orders, or other financial document


Maintain working knowledge and familiarity with applicable requirements set forth in AFI 36-802, AFI 36-815, AFI 64-117, AFI 65-601V1 and V2, AFMAN 65-116 V1-3, AF DTS Business Rules, Federal Acquisition Regulations, DoD Financial Management Regulation Volumes, and other applicable policies and regulations

Qualifications

Current Secret Security Clearance


Associates Degree in finance, project management or related field of study


5 years of experience in USAF financial management and budgeting


Demonstrated experience in USAF financial management and reporting systems


Practical experience applying AFI 36-802, AFI 36-815, AFI 64-117, AFI 65-601V1 and V2, AFMAN 65-116 V1-3, AF DTS Business Rules, Federal Acquisition Regulations, and DoD Financial Management Regulation Volumes


Knowledge of Air Force (AF) and Special Ops Forces (SOF) organizational structures, functions and procedures, as well as command relationships and responsibilities
