B3H Corporation is seeking qualified candidates to augment operational management activities of the 492d Special Operations Wing (492d SOW) by providing technical advisory and assistance services in the areas of current operations, training, deployment management, logistics support, and administrative support.  Position will work as part of an integrated contractor/government workforce providing specialized knowledge, skills and abilities in the responsibilities described below. 


Augment the 492 SOG Standardization and Evaluation (OGV) function for three MDS

Assist in establishing procedures to maintain and review unit Flight Evaluation Folders (FEF) and maintain quality control of required Stan/Eval documentation

Administer and monitor the scheduling of the Aircrew Examination Program under the direction of the Chief of Stan/Eval

Establish and maintain a trend program to include combining discrepancies common to all MDSs/crew positions and advise the Chief of Stan/Eval on trends

Prepare the required documentation for Stan/Eval Board (SEB) and support SEB execution as required by the Chief of Stan/Eval

Provide a copy of the metrics data along with analysis in the weekly report to the Government COR not later than 1000 hours each Friday. Metrics shall address each SDS item by location to include number of uploads/downloads/flights/tail swaps per MDS, Comments/Significant Events, Personnel Actions, Visitors, Projects, Equipment Status, and any other contractor or Government identified metric that will facilitate successful performance of contract requirements.


Current Secret Security Clearance

Associates Degree (desired)

2 years of experience as a USAF Standardization and Evaluation (Stan/Eval) Manager

Knowledge of Air Force (AF) and Special Ops Forces (SOF) organizational structures, functions and procedures, as well as command relationships and responsibilities
