B3H Corporation is seeking qualified personnel to support the Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC) mission to field and execute Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (PED) capabilities.  Tasks include providing support for programmatic/unit functions that support intelligence operations, standards and evaluation, unit support functions, training, systems security and sustainment activities. Support includes planning and integrating new and existing intelligence collection, exploitation, reporting, dissemination, and evaluation capabilities into AFSOC Distributed Ground Station (DGS) and other intelligence units through direct support of AFSOC/A2.  This includes integration of data from intelligence collection, fusion, correlation, and dissemination systems related to UAS-RPA, manned, satellite systems, and surface/ground collection platforms conducting ISR operations.  A great number of positions are available supporting operational data collection, reduction, first level analysis, design, plus engineering and integration of simulations and modeling to support evaluation of potential threats, doctrine and requirements, technologies, and defense system interface architectures. Intelligence Analyst support positions are mission essential positions and will involve 24/7/365 shift work.

Oversee the activities of the ISR unit crew members

Optimizes use of resources and maximizes efficiency and effectiveness of the assigned crew

Balances workloads and provides overall direction to crewmembers to meet planned and ad hoc mission tasking requirements
Evaluates and analyzes intelligence data

Creates and reviews finished intelligence products, presentations and reports for use by special operations teams, planners, intelligence specialists and national-level decision makers

Monitors near-real time full motion video in order to conduct initial phase analytical reporting

Provide imagery correlation of data from multiple ISR platforms and intelligence products

Assesses the data and provides cross-sensor cueing/tip offs to other platforms and exploitation sections improving multi-INT correlation

Responsible and accountable for all facets of ISR unit operations and production to include time-critical targeting, direct threat warning, combat identification, combat search and rescues, multi-INT correlations, threat analysis, mapping, intelligence preparation of the battlespace, situation monitoring and mission reporting

Assigns crewmember duties relating to the reception and correlation of multi-INT reports, tasking requests, and updated collection plans

Attends or provides pre-mission briefings to outline mission objectives, potential threats and possible outcomes

Ensures crewmembers are updating Air Force ISR unit components on mission findings

Ensure products are sent to supported customers meet customer standards for timeline and product quality

Assesses crewmember training needs and makes recommendations to flight commander

Creates post-mission reports containing the analysis derived from each exploitation function

Achieve and maintain qualification in one or more crew positions according to squadron standards


Demonstrated knowledge and experience performing the same or similar tasks required of the position

Security Clearance:  Top Secret, SCI Eligible, SAP Eligible
