B3H Corporation is seeking qualified personnel to support the Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC) mission to field and execute Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (PED) capabilities. Tasks include providing support for programmatic/unit functions that support intelligence operations, standards and evaluation, unit support functions, training, systems security and sustainment activities. Support includes planning and integrating new and existing intelligence collection, exploitation, reporting, dissemination, and evaluation capabilities into AFSOC Distributed Ground Station (DGS) and other intelligence units through direct support of AFSOC/A2. This includes integration of data from intelligence collection, fusion, correlation, and dissemination systems related to UAS-RPA, manned, satellite systems, and surface/ground collection platforms conducting ISR operations. A great number of positions are available supporting operational data collection, reduction, first level analysis, design, plus engineering and integration of simulations and modeling to support evaluation of potential threats, doctrine and requirements, technologies, and defense system interface architectures. Intelligence Analyst support positions are mission essential positions and will involve 24/7/365 shift work.

Provide daily support to AFSOC/A2, AFSOC/A3, AFSOC/A5, and other AFSOC directorates and divisions
Focus on current intelligence collection and ISR weapon systems to include programmed capabilities, quick-reaction capabilities, interim solutions or initiatives, and National ISR collection
Apply expert knowledge in the areas of SIGINT, IMINT, MASINT, OSINT, HUMINT, GEOINT, Information Operations (IO), the intelligence exploitation processes, associated Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTPs), and Concept for Operations (CONOP) development
Develop, collaborate, and respond to requirements that impact current ISR capabilities, immediate planning, resources and implementation
Provide support to Air Operations Center ISR Division activities, operational ISR unit-level intelligence functions and identify operations-related training requirements.
Demonstrated knowledge and experience performing the same or similar tasks required of the position
