B3H Corporation is seeking qualified personnel to support the Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC) mission to field and execute Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (PED) capabilities. Tasks include providing support for programmatic/unit functions that support intelligence operations, standards and evaluation, unit support functions, training, systems security and sustainment activities. Support includes planning and integrating new and existing intelligence collection, exploitation, reporting, dissemination, and evaluation capabilities into AFSOC Distributed Ground Station (DGS) and other intelligence units through direct support of AFSOC/A2. This includes integration of data from intelligence collection, fusion, correlation, and dissemination systems related to UAS-RPA, manned, satellite systems, and surface/ground collection platforms conducting ISR operations. A great number of positions are available supporting operational data collection, reduction, first level analysis, design, plus engineering and integration of simulations and modeling to support evaluation of potential threats, doctrine and requirements, technologies, and defense system interface architectures. Intelligence Analyst support positions are mission essential positions and will involve 24/7/365 shift work.
B3H is advertising worldwide; however, ALL positions related to this activity are at Hurlburt Field, Florida.
Facilitate operational synchronization between DGS-SOF and AF-DCGS PED nodes
Assist with the pre-planning and execution stages of annual 480 ISRW SOF PED observational exercises
Establish SOF PED assessment criteria and drafting observation checklists for exercise support with the intent to improve AF-DCGS support to SOF missions
Establish a SOF feedback program and develop SOF PED surveys for distribution to SOF supported units
Solicit completed SOF PED surveys from supported units and consolidate results with metrics to be released to 25AF. SOF feedback results will be incorporated into future observation checklists.
Participate and help organize periodic SOF PED Working Groups (4-6 WGs per year) and provide status and updates on SOF PED operational evaluation and synchronization efforts between SOCOM, AFSOC, 25AF, and 480 ISRW
Gather TTP updates and changes from AFSOC/1 SOW liaisons and be responsible for distributing the information to 25AF and 480 ISRW
Demonstrated knowledge and experience performing the same or similar tasks required of the position
