B3H Corporation is seeking qualified personnel with a wide range of operational and functional experience to support Air National Guard (ANG) Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) and Command and Control (C2) programs, missions, weapon systems and staff services. Positions will provide specialized subject matter expertise to the ANG ISR and C2 staffs in the areas of budgetary planning, system architecture and functional management of ANG ISR and C2 asset integration into the active duty U.S. Air Force (USAF) architecture. The primary place of performance is at the Air National Guard Readiness Center (ANGRC) located at Joint Base Andrews, MD. Other duty locations include: McConnell AFB, KS, Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, TX, Joint Base Langley-Eustis, VA, Warner Robins, GA, Fort Meade, MD and the Pentagon in Arlington, VA.
Analyze all AAIS systems and functional issues and proposed requirements; recommend solutions to the NGB ANG ISR staff and upon their selection of a solution work with the units, the SPO, NGB staff and the gaining MAJCOM to resolve the issue.
Communicate NGB guidance to the field and coordinate with ANG unit commanders to ensure compliance with USAF, MAJCOM, or ANG policy.
Serve as the point of contact for issues involving AAIS acquisition and integration matters; work with HAF, MAJCOMs, NGB, and ANG staffs and ANG operational field units to synchronize and coordinate current and future AAIS installations and capabilities upgrades and provide “cradle-to-grave” systems support.
Draft, and at the government’s direction, implement the ANG ISR deployment policy and requirements in accordance with AF and ANG regulations and other directives to maximize ANG ISR combat readiness.
Maintain awareness of AAIS installations at ANG sites and units and inform appropriate weapon system FAM and/or Systems officer of the progress, to include identifying any potential delays within 2 business days of notification.
Travel to AAIS weapon system program management reviews; site visits, pre-conversion site surveys, and SATAF meetings in order to monitor ISR system installations and upgrades, observe and report on effectiveness of support operations and to establish and coordinate action on field requirements.
Timelines for the following activities will vary, but contractor will meet the timelines set by NGB staff.
Develop policy recommendations to the HAF staff to maximize the best utilization of ANG assets to support ANG ISR System acquisition and integration requirements.
Draft recommendations for AAIS requirements.
Draft and provide policy inputs regarding the best use of ANG assets to support ANG ISR system acquisition and integration requirements.
Prepare background materials, assessments, and analysis on ANG ISR system acquisition and integration programs and activities.
Prepare position papers, background briefs, assessments, and fact sheets to assist ANG ISR staff in supporting ANG leadership and responding to White House, Congressional, Gubernatorial and TAG inquiries or requests for information concerning ANG ISR system capabilities, acquisition and/or integration activities.
Five (5) years of experience supporting missions functions described by the requirements of the position
Demonstrated knowledge of the tactics, techniques and procedures required to accomplish position task requirements
Security Clearance: Current Top Secret with SCI Eligibility
