B3H Corporation is seeking qualified personnel with a wide range of operational and functional experience to support Air National Guard (ANG) Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) and Command and Control (C2) programs, missions, weapon systems and staff services. Positions will provide specialized subject matter expertise to the ANG ISR and C2 staffs in the areas of budgetary planning, system architecture and functional management of ANG ISR and C2 asset integration into the active duty U.S. Air Force (USAF) architecture. The primary place of performance is at the Air National Guard Readiness Center (ANGRC) located at Joint Base Andrews, MD. Other duty locations include: McConnell AFB, KS, Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, TX, Joint Base Langley-Eustis, VA, Warner Robins, GA, Fort Meade, MD and the Pentagon in Arlington, VA.
Work with the ANG ISR staff on ANG ISR mobilization and deployment matters.
Represents NGB ANG ISR staff and addresses any ANG ISR career field issues and coordinates functional concerns across various staffs.
Work with Airborne and Ground ISR FAMs to ensure manpower, training, and sustainment supports ISR mobilization and deployment requirements IAW AFI 36-2201 Volume III and AFI 10-401.
Support the single key coordination official for the implementation of ANG policy for AF Global Force Management programs and activities IAW AFI 36-2201 Volume III and AFI 10-401.
Work with ANG ISR, HAF and MAJOCM staffs on matters of AF operations planning and execution for Global Force Management; monitor compliance with AF Global Force Management policy and identify any necessary corrective actions to ensure adherence to policy.
Support the ANG program manager for all ANG ISR mobilizations and deployments.
Work with ANG unit commanders to ensure compliance with AF, MAJCOM, and ANG mobilization policy.
Recommend program priorities to the ANG ISR staff and if approved, initiate and coordinate actions to satisfy field requirements.
Function as the point of contact for issues involving ANG ISR mobilizations, deployments, and exercises.
Plan and implement the ANG intelligence deployment policy and requirements IAW AF and ANG regulations and other directives to maximize ANG ISR combat readiness.
Monitor Military Personnel Appropriation (MPA) levels for ANG in-place operations, coordinate with units and MAJCOM FAM to ensure ANG units have adequate MPA resources to satisfy COCOM requirements.
Conduct regular MPA budget analysis using M4S system.
Recommend MPA unit allocation initial levels and adjustments to NGB functional and gaining MAJCOM FAM.
Routinely monitor, analyze, assess and advise on deployment, mobilization and exercise status of ANG ISR personnel accounted for in the various mobilization databases.
Coordinate with the gaining MAJCOM FAM to mature the M4S system to meet ANG needs.
Serve as the point of contact for all M4S/MPA related issues for the ANG ISR community.
The timelines for the following activities will vary, but contractor will meet timelines set by the government.
Draft recommendations for ANG ISR mobilization and deployment requirements.
Develop policy recommendations and review other agencies policies regarding the best use of ANG assets to support mobilization and deployment requirements.
Prepare background materials, assessments, and analysis on ANG ISR mobilization and deployment activities.
Prepare position papers, background briefs, assessments, and fact sheets to assist ANG ISR staff in supporting ANG leadership and responding to White House, Congressional, Gubernatorial and TAG inquiries or requests for information concerning ANG ISR mobilization and deployment activities.
Five (5) years of experience supporting missions functions described by the requirements of the position
Demonstrated knowledge of the tactics, techniques and procedures required to accomplish position task requirements
Security Clearance: Current Top Secret with SCI Eligibility
