Overview

B3H Corporation is seeking qualified personnel with a wide range of operational and functional experience to support Air National Guard (ANG) Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) and Command and Control (C2) programs, missions, weapon systems and staff services.  Positions will provide specialized subject matter expertise to the ANG ISR and C2 staffs in the areas of budgetary planning, system architecture and functional management of ANG ISR and C2 asset integration into the active duty U.S. Air Force (USAF) architecture. The primary place of performance is at the Air National Guard Readiness Center (ANGRC) located at Joint Base Andrews, MD.  Other duty locations include: McConnell AFB, KS, Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, TX, Joint Base Langley-Eustis, VA, Warner Robins, GA, Fort Meade, MD and the Pentagon in Arlington, VA.

 

Responsibilities

Analyze ANG RPA ground systems issues and recommend solutions to the NGB ANG ISR staff, upon their selection of a solution work with the units, the SPO, NGB staff and the gaining MAJCOM to resolve the issue.

 

Serve as the contact for issues involving ANG RPA unit conversions; work with Systems Engineering and Acquisition-Logistics Managers, ANG RPA unit and SPO personnel to maintain current status of ANG RPA System acquisition and integration programs, effectiveness of support to operations and to establish and coordinate action on field requirements. 

 

Maintain awareness of TSR/TSO circuit requests status, ANG RPA Unit stand-up activities, schedules and concerns.  Identify any potential roadblocks or delays in writing to the ANG RPA FAM and ANG Systems team within two business days of identification.  

 

Prepare background materials, assessments, and analysis on ANG RPA Systems acquisition and integration programs for NGB staff.  The timelines will vary, but contractor will meet timelines as required by the government.

 

 

 

Qualifications

Five (5) years of experience supporting missions  functions described by the requirements of the position

 

Demonstrated knowledge of the tactics, techniques and procedures required to accomplish position task requirements

 

Security Clearance:  Current Top Secret with SCI Eligibility
