Overview

B3H Corporation is seeking qualified personnel with a wide range of operational and functional experience to support Air National Guard (ANG) Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) and Command and Control (C2) programs, missions, weapon systems and staff services.  Positions will provide specialized subject matter expertise to the ANG ISR and C2 staffs in the areas of budgetary planning, system architecture and functional management of ANG ISR and C2 asset integration into the active duty U.S. Air Force (USAF) architecture. The primary place of performance is at the Air National Guard Readiness Center (ANGRC) located at Joint Base Andrews, MD.  Other duty locations include: McConnell AFB, KS, Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, TX, Joint Base Langley-Eustis, VA, Warner Robins, GA, Fort Meade, MD and the Pentagon in Arlington, VA.

 

Responsibilities

Represent NGB’s ANG ISR staff to the SPOs for the various weapon systems that ANG ISR employs. 

 

Analyze all ANG ISR system issues and system requirements,  advocate for ANG on behalf of the appropriate ANG ISR FAM and Systems office and assist with communications and taskings between the SPO, ANG ISR units, gaining MAJCOM and NGB ANG ISR staff.

 

As directed, communicate NGB guidance to the field and provide oversight of airborne and ground-based ISR weapon system installations at ANG sites and units. 

 

Assist the NGB ANG ISR staff on planning and implementing the ANG intelligence deployment policy and requirements in accordance with AF and ANG regulations and other directives to maximize ANG ISR combat readiness.5.4.2.5 Travel to airborne and ground-based ISR weapon system program management reviews, site visits, pre-conversion site surveys, and SATAFs in order to monitor ISR system installations and upgrades, observe and report on effectiveness of support to operations and to establish and coordinate action on field requirements. 

 

Maintain awareness of airborne and ground-based ISR weapon system installations at ANG sites and units and keep appropriate ANG weapon system FAM and/or Systems officer informed of the progress, to include identifying any potential delays within two business days of awareness of a delay.

 

The timelines will vary, but contractor will meet timelines as required by the government:

 

Draft recommendations and prepare background materials, assessments and analysis as needed for airborne and ground-based ANG ISR system acquisition and integration programs/activities.  Recommendations include, but are not limited, to schedules and limiting factors.

 

Develop policy recommendations and review other agencies policies regarding the best use of ANG assets to support ANG ISR system acquisition and integration requirements.

 

Prepare position papers, background briefs, assessments, and fact sheets to assist ANG ISR staff in supporting ANG leadership and responding to White House, Congressional, Gubernatorial and TAG inquiries or requests for information concerning ANG ISR system acquisition and/or integration activities. 

 

Serve as the contact point for issues involving ANG ISR system installations and capabilities; work with HAF, MAJCOMs and NGB staffs, and ANG operational field units to synchronize and coordinate current and future ANG ISR system installations and capabilities.  Inform appropriate ANG weapon system FAM and Systems officer on any issues impacting ANG ISR system installations within 2 business days of notification of the issue.

 

Provide NGB’s ANG ISR Division with updates and changes to personnel training requirements for new and existing ISR systems within 5 business days of notification of updates or changes. 

 

Inform the appropriate ANG weapon system FAM and PEM of any current or potential funding issues and provide ISR systems requirement recommendations in support of the POM build process for ANG ISR units and missions within 5 business days of awareness of the funding issue.

 

 

 

 

 

Qualifications

Five (5) years of experience supporting missions  functions described by the requirements of the position

 

Demonstrated knowledge of the tactics, techniques and procedures required to accomplish position task requirements

 

Security Clearance:  Current Top Secret with SCI Eligibility
