B3H Corporation is seeking qualified personnel with a wide range of operational and functional experience to support Air National Guard (ANG) Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) and Command and Control (C2) programs, missions, weapon systems and staff services. Positions will provide specialized subject matter expertise to the ANG ISR and C2 staffs in the areas of budgetary planning, system architecture and functional management of ANG ISR and C2 asset integration into the active duty U.S. Air Force (USAF) architecture. The primary place of performance is at the Air National Guard Readiness Center (ANGRC) located at Joint Base Andrews, MD. Other duty locations include: McConnell AFB, KS, Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, TX, Joint Base Langley-Eustis, VA, Warner Robins, GA, Fort Meade, MD and the Pentagon in Arlington, VA.
Represents ANG ISR staff to program managers, financial and budget analysts, item managers, and logisticians at Robins AFB, GA and Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. Provide at least weekly updates to the appropriate ANG Airborne and Ground ISR FAMs, Systems offices and MIP Resources Execution office.
Monitor ANG ISR funding levels at the Systems Program Office (SPO); verify Military Interdepartmental Purchase Request (MIPR) levels and that they are used for the intended purpose use. Report findings to ANG MIP Resources Execution POC(s).
Inform appropriate ANG weapon system FAM, PEM, and Systems lead of the following:
Status of new system developments that relate to or impact the ANG ISR programs.
Status of ANG ISR equipment purchases, integration schedules, delivery schedules, production issues, spares deliveries, and site-unique issues.
Status on personnel shortfalls within the SPO or delivery and install teams, development hurdles and milestones, and security issues.
Status on Configuration Control Board (CCB) actions, unit inputs, NGB validation process, and Vanishing Vendor Items (VVI) status.
Lists of weapon system-specific points of contacts (military, government and contractor), location information, and personnel lists.
Lists of spares types, locations, and usage rates for parts within the ANG ISR weapon system portfolio.
Status of spares availability, VVI issues, failure rates, and issues for parts within the ANG ISR weapon system portfolio.
Identify sustainment issues and provide resolution recommendations within 5 business days of sustainment issue identification.
Inform ANG ISR staff of the status of contracts impacting ANG ISR and/or utilizing ANG MIP funds, especially Contracted Logistics Support (CLS) contracts and assist ANG ISR staff in providing supporting documentation so that the ANG can fund the contract(s).
Attend ANG ISR CCBs, Weapons Systems meetings, sustainment meetings, SATAF meetings and site visits for ANG ISR missions.
Five (5) years of experience supporting missions functions described by the requirements of the position
Demonstrated knowledge of the tactics, techniques and procedures required to accomplish position task requirements
Security Clearance: Current Top Secret with SCI Eligibility
