B3H Corporation is seeking qualified personnel with a wide range of operational and functional experience to support Air National Guard (ANG) Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) and Command and Control (C2) programs, missions, weapon systems and staff services. Positions will provide specialized subject matter expertise to the ANG ISR and C2 staffs in the areas of budgetary planning, system architecture and functional management of ANG ISR and C2 asset integration into the active duty U.S. Air Force (USAF) architecture. The primary place of performance is at the Air National Guard Readiness Center (ANGRC) located at Joint Base Andrews, MD. Other duty locations include: McConnell AFB, KS, Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, TX, Joint Base Langley-Eustis, VA, Warner Robins, GA, Fort Meade, MD and the Pentagon in Arlington, VA.
Support the ANG Advisor to 25th AF for functional, policy, management, and readiness programs and activities via oral or written communications.
Assist NGB ANG ISR staff and ANG Advisor to 25th AF with the development of AF-wide SIGINT capabilities and weapons and tactics and upon ANG government direction, monitor and guide it through the policy approval process.
The timelines will vary, but the contractor will meet timelines as required by the government:
Draft program priorities for ANG Advisor to 25th AF.
Prepare background materials, assessments, and analyses on SIGINT programs and activities for NGB staff.
Research and draft responses to Congressional, Gubernatorial and TAG inquiries concerning ANG SIGINT activities.
Work with Readiness and Mobilization Managers to ensure manpower, training, and sustainment supports ISR mobilization and deployment requirements in accordance with AFI 36-2201 Volume III and AFI 10-401.
Assist the NGB ANG ISR staff and ANG Advisor to 25th AF on planning and implementating the ANG intelligence deployment policy and requirements in accordance with AF and ANG regulations and other directives to maximize ANG ISR combat readiness.
Coordinate staffing actions to satisfy AF or NGB validated field requirements; give advice and counsel to the ANG ISR units.
Work with the ANG Advisor to 25th AF on implementing DoD, AF, and NGB policy for SIGINT activities.
Five (5) years of experience supporting missions functions described by the requirements of the position
Demonstrated knowledge of the tactics, techniques and procedures required to accomplish position task requirements
Security Clearance: Current Top Secret with SCI Eligibility
