  • Overview

    B3H Corporation is seeking qualified personnel to augment flying squadrons in the areas of scheduling, training, standardization/evaluation (Stan/Eval), and unit program coordination. Positions will support Air Education and Training Command (AETC) fighter and special operations flying squadrons at Eglin AFB, FL; Holloman AFB, NM; Luke AFB, AZ; and Kirtland AFB, NM.  The focus of work will be to support non-flying duties in training squadrons that rated personnel traditionally perform as additional duties.   There a multiple positions available at each location to coincide with the number of fighter and special operations squadrons. 


    The Stan/Eval support function shall be responsible for creating, updating, reviewing and maintaining documents and flight evaluation folders (FEF) and ensuring compliance with AFI 11-2MDSV2 and AFI 11-202V2 as well as applicable MAJCOM and local supplements for AETC permanent and attached party.



    Maintains accountability and control of flight testing materials.


    Conducts monthly reviews of those aircrew members entering into the first month of evaluation eligibility period.


    Notifies crewmembers, scheduling, and unit leadership of upcoming and overdue testing, evaluation, and training requirements via e-mail, in accordance with local standards, AFI 11-202V2 and AFI 11-2MDS-V2.


    Opts members for checkride testing in MS as they enter the 6th month prior to their checkride expiration date.


    Enters Instrument Refresher Course (IRC), Master Question File (MQF) or other test questions into electronic test databanks as needed.


    Preforms MS administrator and testing monitor duties/function for units, updating all applicable items for unit members and individuals TDY or flying at the unit due to training or mission requirements.


    Interfaces with HARM or SARM personnel as required.
     Reviews student evaluations and report evaluation trends monthly, or as locally required.

    Coordinates with the Stan/Eval officer to review and update student/permanent party records (Form 8/4350/942s), folders (FEFs) IAW AFI 11-202V2 and AFI 11-2MDS-V2 as well as associated MAJCOM/Installation supplements, and locally- developed guidance.

    Coordinates with squadron schedulers to facilitate check rides consistent with unit leadership, Chief of Stan/Eval guidance and applicable Air Force Instructions.

    Takes and logs inputs, then prepare coordination for the Chief Stan/Eval Officer to update flying publications as required.

    Ensures publication and compliance with Flight Crew Information Files (FCIF) and other read file items.

    Generates the following reports/forms via electronic or paper means:

    • Evaluation and testing status and trend data reports (monthly).
    • Semi-annual (Stan/Eval Board) SEB report IAW local guidance/policy.
    • AF Form 8, Certificate of Aircrew Qualification.
    • AF Form 847, Recommendation for Change of Publication.
    • AF IMT 1522, ARMS Additional Training Accomplishment Report.


    1)      Minimum of two (2) years of experience working in a DoD operational flying unit (active duty, guard/reserve, contractor or civilian).


    2)      Minimum three (3) years of experience working with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.


    3)      Ability to operate the following systems/programs:

    a)       Computer based training and integrated management system (TIMS,GTIMS, PEX, X-plan)

    b)       SharePoint websites and communities of practice

    c)       Microsoft Access highly desired
