B3H Corporation is seeking qualified candidates to perform as Air National Guard (ANG) System Support Representatives (SSR). SSRs will provide engineering, integration, test, sustainment and administration support of mission systems and associated aerospace and weapons systems at Nation-wide Air National Guard installations. SSR duties include, but are not limited to: supporting mission planning systems, mission planning execution, briefing and debriefing systems, scheduling systems, and geospatial systems administration. SSRs may also serve as Functional System Administrators (FSA) on classified and unclassified enclaves for mission spectrum support, as well as provide other technical or engineering support. SSRs shall provide mission spectrum technical support for aerospace systems to include Portable Flight Planning Software (PFPS), Joint Mission Planning System (JMPS), Mission Planning System (MPS), XPlan, and their associated Unique Planning Components (UPCs), and ancillary systems as designated by the Group Commander or designated representative.


  1. Information Technology Support. Maintain hardware and software configuration and management of certified Mission Planning Environments
  2. Implement System Security Practices and Procedures (SPP) for Automated Information Systems (AIS) utilized for classified mission purposes
  3. Serve as the Systems Administrator on classified enclaves. This includes server, client, and network support such as; the creation of account profiles, security protocols, hardware maintenance, backups, troubleshooting
  4. Provide technical and engineering support to correctly transfer data across networks; i.e., NIPRNet, SIPRNet, and NORAD Enterprise Network (NEN) when required and authorized for mission execution
  5. Geospatial Product Library. Maintain the Geospatial Product Library (GPL) is an extensive library of NGA and USAF digital geospatial products (CIB, CADRG and DTED), used by a large portion of the ANG mission planning community
  6. Mission Spectrum/Planning Support. Provide mission support spectrum technical support for aerospace systems to include Portable Flight Planning Software (PFPS), Joint Mission Planning System (MPS), XPlan, and their associated Unique Planning Components (UPCs), and ancillary mission spectrum systems as designated by the Group Commander or designated representative (Real Time In Cockpit- RTIC), Link-16, TBMCS, PSS-SOF, ZUES, etc
  7. Patriot Excalibur (PEX), GDSS 2, GTIMS/Scheduling Entries. Assist or augment the designated Host-Base Wing and/or Operations Group Scheduling Administrator in support of PEX, GDSS2, GTIMS servers and client systems and other schedule systems
  8. Joint Precision Airdrop Systems/Improved Container Delivery System – (JPADS/I-CDS). Maintain hardware/software configuration management and control of JPADS-MP systems. Specific items managed: JPADS-MP laptops, pressure-tolerant or solid state-removable hard drives, and JPADS-MP software. Oversee new JPADS-MP suite procurement, upgrades, and disposition
  9. Support Briefing Room Interactive (BRI) when requested, Warfighter’s Briefing Software (Wedge), and/or Personal Computer Debriefing System (PCDS) and other debrief software and hardware use by today’s warfighter. Create, train aircrew, operate and maintain the BRI system within the squadron


  1. Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related discipline; or Technical School Certificate related to computer systems; or the equivalent military training related to air operations, information technology, and intelligence operations
  2. Four (4) years of experience in air operations, scheduling and software required to support air operations, intelligence, scheduling systems, administering infrastructure support to mainframe and / or client server systems and/or DOD systems
  3. (Desired) Aircrew, air operations, intelligence, or information technology experience
  4. Hold or obtain a DOD 8570 Information Assurance Technician (IAT) Level I or higher certification within six months of being hired and maintain certification at all times
  5. Understanding of Windows operating systems, and must be able to accomplish basic file download, manipulation, installation, and operation
  6. Knowledge of computer security procedures and system recovery services
  7. Knowledgeable of mission planning set-up and teardown procedures and software loading
  8. Secret or Top Secret security clearance depending on location
