B3H Corporation is seeking qualified personnel to augment flying squadrons in the areas of operational flight scheduling, training flight scheduling, training, standardization/evaluation, unit deployment management, mission planning, unit training management, unit security and information assurance, and unit programs coordination. Positions will support units of the 432d Wing located at Creech AFB, NV and Whiteman AFB, MO. The 432 WG is a remotely piloted aircraft (RPA) wing, providing all operations, logistics, and support aspects of MQ-1 Predator, MQ-9 Reaper, and RQ-170 RPA training and employment. The operational and maintenance squadrons focus on Predator and Reaper operations. RPAs are currently being flown by pilots and sensor operators based in the Continental United States (CONUS) to provide support to contingency operations worldwide, as well as providing MQ-1/-9 and RQ-170 training.
Updates data in Patriot Excalibur (PEX), future equivalent systems to PEX, and locally-developed computer database systems as required.
Interfaces with Host Aviation Resource Management (HARM) personnel to update the Aviation Resource Management System (ARMS) or future equivalent systems to ARMS as required. The Contractor shall ensure the tasks in ARMS are accurately reflected in PEX.
Reviews and updates student/permanent party records, folders and grade books per the applicable AFIs: AFI 11/14-202V1, AFI 11/14-2MQ-1V1, AFI 11/14-2MQ-9V1, & AFI 11/14-2RQ-170V1 as well as associated ACC/Installation supplements, and locally-developed guidance.
Administers classes and exams as required. Coordinate with scheduling to ensure crewmembers are scheduled for Crew Resource Management, Instructor Crew Resource Management, Instrument Refresher Course, and any other grounding or pre-deployment training requirements.
Preforms weekly individual gradebook checks of personnel training (including ancillary training) requirements.
Prepares and executes periodic training/testing plan for unit commander’s approval & scheduling.
Provides weekly updates to squadron leadership containing the flight and readiness status of personnel to facilitate tracking of duty status and performance report/decoration accomplishment.
Coordinates with scheduling, enabling them to maximize training opportunities in accordance with unit leadership guidance as well as direction from the Chiefs, Assistant Chiefs, and NCOICs of DOT and DOS. Scheduling and training will be consistent with Air Force Instructions.
Provides daily tracking of upgrade and continuation training accomplishment for the unit Ops Sup (or equivalent) as well as weekly summaries for the Operations Officer.
The Contractor shall generate the following reports/forms as required:
AF Form 4324, Aircraft Assignment/Aircrew Qualification Worksheet.Training aids, including PowerPoint slide presentations and any other training presentation or aid required by the unit.Monthly aircrew qualification level summary (also known as the “Letter of Xs”) and provide copy of in-work and final documents to Wing/Group OSS/OSO and Wing/Group OGV NLT the last day of each month.Monthly and quarterly Ready Aircrew Program (RAP) reports and provide RAP inputs to Wing/Group OSS Training each quarter. RAP reporting as required by the current RAP tasking message. Monthly Internal Intel Training (IIT) and External Intel Training (EIT) and quarterly Ready Intel Program (RIP) reports.Monthly summary of aircrew probation/regression status.
Minimum of five (5) years of experience working in/with the military and two (2) years of experience working with PEX or similar proprietary stan/eval program (stan/eval only) and two (2) years working with Microsoft Access, Excel, or SharePoint (training only) and either:
1) Two (2) years of experience working in a MQ-1/9 or RQ-170 Squadron/Group/Wing training
2) Five (5) years of experience working in a DoD Flying Squadron/Group/Wing training
Completion of PEX Initial User Training Class or ISR Training Class (Desire)
Security Clearance: Top Secret, SCI Eligible, NATO Secret
