Overview

B3H Corporation is seeking qualified personnel to augment flying squadrons in the areas of operational flight scheduling, training flight scheduling, training, standardization/evaluation, unit deployment management, mission planning, unit training management, unit security and information assurance, and unit programs coordination. Positions will support units of the 432d Wing located at Creech AFB, NV and Whiteman AFB, MO. The 432 WG is a remotely piloted aircraft (RPA) wing, providing all operations, logistics, and support aspects of MQ-1 Predator, MQ-9 Reaper, and RQ-170 RPA training and employment. The operational and maintenance squadrons focus on Predator and Reaper operations. RPAs are currently being flown by pilots and sensor operators based in the Continental United States (CONUS) to provide support to contingency operations worldwide, as well as providing MQ-1/-9 and RQ-170 training.

Responsibilities

  1. Maintain accountability and control of flight testing materials.
  2. Update data in Patriot Excalibur (PEX), future equivalent systems to PEX, and locally-developed computer database systems as required.
  3. Interface with Host Aviation Resource Management (HARM) personnel to update the Aviation Resource Management System (ARMS) or future equivalent systems to ARMS as required.
  4. Review and update student/permanent party records (Form 8/4350/942s), folders (FEF/IEFs) per the applicable AFIs: AFI 11/14-202V2, AFI 11/14-2MQ-1V2, AFI 11/14-2MQ-9V2, & AFI 11/14-2RQ-170V2 as well as associated ACC/Installation supplements, and locally-developed guidance.
  5. Notify crewmembers, scheduling, and unit leadership of upcoming and overdue testing, evaluation, and training requirements via e-mail, telephone or in person.
  6. 4.3.6 The Contractor shall provide weekly updates to squadron leadership containing the flight and readiness status of personnel to facilitate tracking of duty status and performance report/decoration accomplishment.
  7. Schedule check rides in coordination with DOS consistent with unit leadership and Chief of Stan/Eval guidance and applicable Air Force Instructions.
  8. Generate the following reports/forms as required: Evaluation and testing status and trend data reports. SEB Quarterly report IAW OGV requests.  AF Form 8, Certificate of Aircrew Qualification and AF Form 4350, Certificate of Intelligence Qualification. AF IMT 1522, ARMS Additional Training Accomplishment Report.

  9. Perform PEX Administrator and testing administrator duties/function for units, updating all applicable items for unit members and individuals TDY or flying at the unit due to training or mission requirements.

  10. Shall be a certified TODO/TODA. Responsible for creating and maintaining an ETIMS account, placing orders in ETIMS, updating publications library (electronic and paper), Stan/Eval library and publications maintained in ground control stations (GCSs). If contractor is not a currently certified TODO/TODA, communicate with the unit’s TODO/TODA to accomplish the tasks above.

  11. Conduct monthly reviews of those intel and aircrews entering into the first month of evaluation eligibility period. The Contractor shall generate and send notification to members in their first month of eligibility, which the member will sign and return. The Contractor shall maintain this record until the eval is complete.

  12. Maintain familiarity with Air Force Instructions and be comfortable providing guidance and interpretation of AFI to personnel assigned to Stan/Eval shops to help track training and readiness status of squadron personnel.

  13. Maintain familiarity with Master Publication Index and ACC Form 50 Flight Crew Information Files.

     

Qualifications

Minimum of five (5) years of experience working in/with the military and two (2) years of experience working with PEX or similar proprietary stan/eval program (stan/eval only) and two (2) years working with Microsoft Access, Excel, or SharePoint (training only) and either:


1) Two (2) years of experience working in a MQ-1/9 or RQ-170 Squadron/Group/Wing training or stan/eval shop (as applicable)

 OR

 2) Five (5) years of experience working in a DoD Flying Squadron/Group/Wing training or stan/eval office (as applicable)

  

Completion of PEX Initial User Training Class or ISR Training Class (Desired)

 

Certified Technical Order Distribution Officer/Assistant (TODO/TODA) (Desired)

  

Security Clearance:  Top Secret, SCI Eligible, NATO Secret
