    B3H is seeking a dynamic Corporate Recruiter to drive recruiting activities across the enterprise. The Recruiter will develop and cultivate strong relationships with business leaders across a range of disciplines in order to source, identify and recruit top candidates for immediate and growth needs. In addition to all aspects of recruiting, the Recruiter will facilitate transfers and serve as a point person in providing guidance and training to hiring managers on the appropriate recruiting processes and procedures. The Recruiter will develop a strong knowledge of the skill sets required, both technical and business related, in order to provide Hiring Managers with the candidates best suited to help them achieve both their current and future business objectives.


    1. Establish business partner relationships with business leaders to fully understand the work environment and job profiles of all assigned job openings and pending requisitions
    2. Engage in “out of the box” thinking to identify and attract candidates, utilizing various sourcing strategies proven effective in a competitive industry
    3. Review pending job requisitions for accuracy and work with hiring personnel to develop compelling job postings to attract high performing talent
    4. Partner with hiring managers to identify effective sourcing strategies with the objective of presenting qualified candidates for each opening
    5. Initiate search techniques (Internet, Social Networking, personal networking) to identify passive candidates
    6. Support job fairs as required by strategic needs of business and for branding
    7. Pre-screen candidates for interest, basic qualifications and salary expectations
    8. Manage all candidate activity through an applicant tracking system (ATS)
    9. Update report of weekly candidate activity for management transparency
    10. Provide candidate summary to hiring manager and help to coordinate interview process with manager and interview team.
    11. Follow up with candidates to continue recruiting process, answer questions and to establish interest and needs
    12. Negotiate a win-win offer of employment with candidate consistent with the needs of the business


    1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
    2. Minimum of 4 years solid recruiting experience in both technical and DOD recruiting fields
    3. Proven success working with senior and executive level hiring managers
    4. Proven ability and flexibility to work independently and with teams in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment
    5. Multi-discipline recruiting experience to include, finance, business development and Information Technology skill sets.
    6. Strong networking, interviewing, and interpersonal skills
    7. Ability to take initiative, pay attention to detail, and learn business practices and processes
    8. Proven communication and networking skills including professional phone manner and ability to handle cold calling assignments
    9. Ability to work effectively in a culturally diverse team environment with all levels of staff and ability to maintain excellent work relationships with staff, candidates, and subcontractors
    10. Strong understanding of SOX, OFCCP and Affirmative Action processes and guidelines
    11. Solid writing and synthesizing capability
    12. Advanced-level computer proficiency in Word and Excel; database experience
    13. Experience and proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems
    14. Proficiency with iCIMS applicant tracking software (highly desired)
    15. A basic understanding of organizational structure and an extensive knowledge of federal and state laws regarding employment practices
